I found the very specific truck I was looking for at this dealership online. I emailed Monday and when I asked to confirm the price I never received a response. I waited two days and called the dealership this morning. I was directed to a salesman who assured me he still had the truck and they would hold it if I put down a deposit. I told him I'd be coming tomorrow if everything checked out, and I asked him to tell me what I would see when I get there just so I know what to expect since I'm driving from out of state. IE, needs tired, smells like smoke, etc Things I cant tell from the photos. He tells me he's grabbing the keys and will go take a video of the truck and send it to me, then he'll call me back and I can do the deposit over the phone. Hours go by and I receive nothing so I call again and leave a voicemail. At six PM I call and ask for a sales manager and instead get the same guy who informs me that someone spoke for it this afternoon. As in, two days after my emails, and hours after he said he'd call back. It is a rare truck and I'm very disappointed. He apologized and stated he's sorry and they were just very busy. I'm equally annoyed as I had someone else who moved around their schedule to ride with me and bring my vehicle back, and I canceled the evening before.

We have worked with Barker in Lexington twice now and each time was a pleasure! They really do make buying a car EASY and stress free!!! We knew what we wanted. They had it, so we got it! Andrew Fjelde was amazing with getting us into our minivan! Communicating with my husband all day so all we had to do was show up and sign the paper work!
