still haven't sent my son his referral check for a person...
still haven't sent my son his referral check for a person we referred after he bought his trailblazer back in November. friendly responded to my son Michael 3 weeks ago that they would be sending him a check and they still haven't. Carlos was the person his referral bought from. I even went ahead and bought a trailblazer myself from uftring since they didn't send his check in a timely manner

The buying experience was good. Tobin Pride wasn't the problem at all. However, we referred someone that ended up buying an expensive pickup truck the following week and they promised to send me a $100 referral check. Carlos Ribio was the salesman of the truck. It's been almost 3 months and they still haven't sent it. They never return calls either. Bill Lynch didn't bother to return my dad's phone calls either so don't respond on here saying to please call.

Went there this summer looking to buy my last new truck, I was dealing with Kurt Bushnell which I had bought several new trucks from before and had good luck with But I had a few credit issues. I told him what I could afford payment wise .Kurt said that I needed to put more money down, but I told him that was all I could do at that time. He said that he would get back to me. And he never did.,so I left a bad review about Kurt and the general manager Bill Lynch seen it and asked me to give him a call. So I did try and call him two different times and was told that he was busy or that he was in a meeting with his boss and owner Susan Langham and I never got to talk to him. They are all a bunch of liars. When I go to buy my last new truck believe me that it won't be from Friendly Chevrolet, I will be taking my business to S&K Buick GMC. Sorry not really Friendly Chevrolet about your loss of the sale of a new truck from me, you should have treated me better than you did shame on you. And tried to make the sale happen for a customer who had bought four new trucks from your dealership.

Sorry about your loss of a sale. But I gave you guys several chances to make this right. But I guess it fell on deaf ears. As I was once a loyal customer for buying four new trucks over the span of several years and this how I was treated. So Friendly just lost my business forever. So please don't ever contact me again.
OUTSTANDING purchase experience
If only every car buying experience was like mine...Carlos was great from the first text message when I requested pics of the car as soon as it popped up on Cars.com. He went out, took pics, including a couple "issues" with the car, didn't hide anything and communicated quickly and professionally. It took a couple weeks to get to the dealership to see the car in person, and what do you know, those "issues" had all been addressed and fixed properly. There was no pressure, they understood I had another identical car to go look at in Peoria, gave me their best price and let me go with that. I went back and bought the car at Friendly because of the service I received and the people that made it happen. Great Job, Love the car. Thank you.

too aggressive
Kept trying to push car off on me when I kept telling him I couldn’t afford the payments. Getting frustrated with me because I wasn’t interested in all of the other cars he was trying to give me. I had to lie my out of getting my title back to my old car. Got a car from Honda instead!
