They did a great job getting me in for my first visit to service my car. Then I found another car I was interested in, and even tho busy, they took time to allow me to test drive it. I'm going back today to purchase the new car!
Although it took some time to pinpoint the cause of the problem, the team appeared to be on top of trying to solve it and did get it fixed within the day. Even the cashier was helpful on Saturday when we picked up the vehicle and had a coupon towards the repair. She went the extra distance in trying to figure out how much of a discount we would get. Kudos to all.
My car suddenly developed an engine problem that gave me great concern. I called the dealership. They came and picked up my car that very night, serviced it the next day and had it back to me that evening. That is service plus!
Great car buying experience
Was looking for a particular brand and model that was available in my area. When I did my search on cars.com I was happy to see this dealership not only had the make and model I wanted, but also my color choice. I was pleased to do business with Sam Leman and Chad.

This is how car buying should be
I bought a used 2008 Saturn Outlook from Brian Banwart here today, and have to say I really enjoyed the experience. I live in the Chicago suburbs, and found the vehicle online. I talked with Brian over the phone and via email for about a week. Brian was great, he took specific photos for me when asked, and followed up when needed. I never felt pressured to purchase the car. Buck the sales manager worked with me regarding my older trade, and we came to a deal that I found fair. Paperwork was pretty much done when I arrived after a 2 hour drive south, Brian had the Outlook pulled out and ready to test drive. I think I was at the dealership just a hair over an hour and a half, but it felt quicker. Buck the sales manager never pressured me into anything extra when I signed, and he was able to find me a decent interest rate considering my less then super stellar credit. At the end of the day, my wife now has a nice vehicle to tow 3 kids around in, she's happy, I'm happy, you'll be happy too at Sam Leman.
This is where you should buy your car
Chad had the car I was interested in warmed up and sitting by the door when we pulled up to the dealership. He made us feel like he wanted our business and was in no rush to push us into a decision even though closing time was looming. He was funny and made us feel comfortable even though it was a stressful time for us as we had just had our brand new 3 day old car totaled 2 days before. Our finance man Buddy was equally impressive with lay it on the line make sense facts. I never felt pressured as I made the right decisions for me. No one EVER looked at their watch once as closing time came and went and I watched! Chad even sat in the car and made sure I knew how to use my remote start and initiate my on star before we left. You guys are a class act!
Great place to buy a car
This was the first time that buying a car didn't feel like having a tooth pulled. I had a wonderful experience from the time I walked in the door. Chad our salesman and Buddy our finance guy was awesome. We will be back when our daughter needs a car! I would give you 6 stars if I could. You guys rock!
traded my honda pilot in today and they gave me a great deal,i have been in the chicago area and some other places and these guys beat them all for what i was offered for my trade in. there was no games with the going back and forth but ,lol I GUESS THERE WAS NO REASON FOR THE BACK AND FORTH CAUSE THEY WERE VERY FAIR and as far as the 2014 impala i bought from them ...well lets say i have done my homework and research on prices from other cardealers and prices as far as trade in for my pilot and these guys were the best..as far as the atmosphere EVERYONE their was great and friendly,my salesman was pete and he made everything go so smooth and he ws so down to earth,lol he was waiting outside at the door for me with a smile and a handshake.I live in streator ill and I told him it would be a couple of hours before I got their and he was ready to make a deal but was not pushy or making me feel like i had to hurry with any decisions.I could of saved myself alot of headache and money from traveling if i had just went their first..WELL LIVE AND LEARN !!!
