I had a great experience!

I had a great experience! As soon as I walked in I was greeted. Any questions I had was answered. Kyron was my sales representative and he found a way for me to walk out with the car of my dreams and with a great deal. I highly recommend McFarland!

Quick and professional.

Quick and professional. No long wait time techs were nice and informative. Waiting area was accommodating and clean which made for pleasant hair time. In and out within the hour.

Hail totaled my impala.

Hail totaled my impala. I searched for several weeks trying to find a new car. Went to McFarland on the advice of my loan advisor and found exactly what I was looking for! Charlene was amazing with all her help! Definitely recommend McFarland for any car purchase!

not happy

I had my oil changed 5k miles ago and they told me the rear brakes were wearing then and should've been changed before they got this bad. Initially I was going to be charged two separate charges of $150 for them to even check my brakes/pads and determine why my check engine light, abs sensor and traction control lights were on. I've only had the truck since December and sold you guys a car with new heat resistant brakes and rotors front and back. I had to pay out of pocket over $500 to get the truck fixed which was an extra extra expense. I will not do anymore business here because it seems you only want to keep taking more money from me after you made tons of money during my trade in.

Vary dishonest service department.

Vary dishonest service department. Strongly suggest no one uses them. Hook 4.5 hrs to change oil.
