Don't trust them for diagnostics, sales, services

Been doing business with Stuart Nissan of Enid for years. Have spent well over $20k (I know not much, but is money well earned) with Stuart Nissan of Enid. Try to keep a good working report with mechanics, and businesses. Dalton in the service department has been the main one I have dealt with up till today. Dalton was missing when I arrived. Garrett (most likely the owners spoiled brat, and is necer wrong) was apparently in "charge," and told me he would get the owner (he never got the owner or the owner could care less) (then Garrett told me he could set up a meeting with the owner mind you over $40) over the fact I have ask them to look at this car on 3 different occasions this year. It has like a vibration when you're getting up to speed especially with more people in the car. They have told me to begin with it was okay after a alternator, oil change, and "inspection ". This was back in February March. Then the vehicle was brought back in in April, to look it over again to try to figure out the problem it was having. They replaced the hun axle. This didn't fix the problem after they said it would. They was supposed to look it over well then to insure the problem was fixed, "they said it was." The only thing they could find was that. We left with it, and paid for that. Then I asked Dalton if he could have someone ride with us to show them the problem (since they could find it or diagnose it), he said yes that's fine. So, my daughter did today. Now they are telling me the car needs a transmission. After I've spent a ton of money on this vehicle. They insured me was OK. "They seriously lost a customer over $40, that I shouldn't have been responsible for." Had they done their jobs correctly the first time back in the beginning we wouldn't have had to come back at all. Oh thing is they should've known I was about to buy another vehicle from them, but Garrett (Oh did I mention, I'm sure he's daddy's pride and joy whom is never wrong) insured me it doesn't matter what I spend or spent at Stuart Nissan of Enid. That is fine, guess the pathfinder I bought from them will be the last sadly can't do business anymore in Enid especiall with them. Well hopefully the rant gets across, but it was basically all over $40. Have a nice day. I'm not sure, but if what Garrett said was true about, what Dalton said with saying I didn't have the vehicle in for this problem then they are all a bunch a snakes, and will take advantage of you for a dime. Hopefully if you got there for service or anything you have better luck. Have a good day.

Surprised.

Requested online quote for a 22 Pathfinder that had not come in yet. They were very up front. They did not try to gouge us over list price plus excessive fees and add ons like the OKC dealers did. Tyron was very helpful. Would recommend them to anyone

easiest car deal from a dealer EVER

By far the easiest dealer buy of a vehicle EVER. Started online and via text. Finished at dealership within 30 minutes. Gaylen was great! great experience!

Do not shop here

We were drawn to this dealership by reviews and what seemed to be a decent price. Never buy a pre-owned vehicle from this dealer without taking it somewhere to be fully inspected. They will lie straight to your face. Then when asked about it, make empty promises like "see what we can do." Then never call. Some examples: White air filters are not supposed to be black, oil breather disconnected, low coolant, bad sway bar links, Bondo on body panels, missing body fasteners, no 2 tires alike, covered stains... There is more, but the short of it is: We will never buy another vehicle from this dealer!

Great Service!!

I never thought I would find the car I wanted until I looked on cars.com and found Stuart Nissan. I got the car I wanted and my sales person Austin made the process seamless for me. Next time you are looking for a car go look for Austin and tell him I sent you.

Stuart Nissan you are the BEST!!

My family and I were shopping for our first family car and we had had a bad experience with another dealership selling the vehicle that we were interested in but Stuart Nissan helped us find the family car of our dreams! Our salesman Brett was amazing and so helpful in everything. Everyone of them were concern in us getting the best deal and what was best for my family. Great experience!

Brett and the crew at Stuart Nissan helped me right from the get go, gave me a fair price and worked with me every step of the way. Since this was the first time I bought a new car, I was nervous, and they made what I had heard to be a stressful process into an easy experience that left me with a great new Murano! I would recommend them to anyone! Top marks all around!

Buying a Truck

I mainly went into Stuart Nissan to see if I could get in and out of a Frontier without any problems. In the process we seen a Frontier we really liked ,tried it out and bought it. Bret Stopps was our salesman. I had an attitude before we ever went and looked cause the last dealer done us terribly wrong and I was not going to take anything off this dealer. I had to eat my attitude as Bret was the friendlist,kindest,helpful person we could ask for. Garrett made sure we got the payment we needed and helped with a small repair that needed to be done. Between Bret and Garrett they went above and beyond to help me get my extended warrenty back from the previous dealer who was not very cooperative. Thanks Bret and Garrett. If your in the market for a vehicle or just looking , go to Stuart Nissan in Enid,Ok. You'll get a smile, and meet some of the kindest friendlyist people and you'll just want to do business with them and not go anywhere else. They WILL treat U right. Shop Home Town Stuart Nissan..
