My daughter-in-law and son introduced me to Charles Maynor. We came down from Illinois because my son lives here. Charles was absolutely wonderful. Not only did he go out of his way but he made the process stress free and fun. I was introduced to Mikey McClure and that was like icing on the cake. I told Charles and Mikey that I was so impressed that I would return in about a month and that I would trade my truck for another one. Then Daniel O’Conner got involved and xxxx near screwed the whole thing up. I signed a preliminary commitment on Saturday morning for a new Yukon XL Denali but the vehicle was at the sister store in Norman. Mr. O’Conner sat on the car until Wednesday morning before we were able to close the deal. Communication was leveled expressing my disappointment and frustration. I told him that I was a breath away from pulling the plug and stopping the consideration for the truck. He chose to sit on the Yukon for two days before getting off his butt and making a decision to get that vehicle up to Broken Arrow. And that was only after we spoke and he found out that his butt was in a wringer and my hand was on the crank. Only then did he get the unit on the lot. It was only by the intervening efforts of Charles and Mikey that I consented to complete the deal.
