I generally do not write reviews but I felt it was important to recognize the exceptional service I received from Mr. Ronald Conaway. After conducting a nationwide search for a truck, I decided to purchase my 2026 Denali from Ronald. From my first phone conversations with Ronald he had a decency about him. He was not pushy, and he took time to walk me through all of my options, never attempting to force a deal on me. Due to the fact I had my truck shipped out, the deal took a few days. Ronald kept in touch with me, answering all of my calls and texts. He even stayed after hours to supervise the loading of my truck onto the auto carrier, sending me pictures to assure me my truck was secured. I know reviews can be misleading, but make no mistake Ronald Conaway treated me right, knew what he was talking about, and I felt good about the deal I got. I would not hesitate to work with Ferguson GMC again, more specifically Ronald.

Pretty easy deal. We knew what we wanted and set a time to come look at the car. It was parked where it was easy to get around, just had to move it to a spot that had enough light to see. The only down side? The "Doc" fee. Just call it what it is, "additional dealer profit".

I really liked being here and having Jason Howard help us out. My husband and I are very new to car buying and Jason Howard really helped and explained how things work. He was very professional and good for us.
