I'm very surprised at how easy the whole process was. I expected it to be a chore negotiating for a reasonable price, and having to fight off a bunch of extra charges, though Ferguson Buick GMC made everything incredibly simple and transparent. My sales representative, Jason was also excellent! I purchased from out of state, and he was incredibly helpful at organizing the purchase, not to mention he's highly personable and professional!
