Eric and then Kyle were friendly and helpful. I have no major complaints, only a $10 online filing fee which was not mentioned until signing, and a couple of boo-boos on the website during my research and purchase process. Oh, and I'm not convinced all of the messages I sent to your all-in-one text/email/phone system were seen. I did not feel overtly pressured or uncomfortable at any time, and came away with an over-all positive impression. And of course a car I am still happy about after a 15 mile drive so far.
