Becareful wtih the Finance Deptarment

We purchased a 1-year-old Yukon, certified pre-owned, in December 2019. Outside of our experience with the finance manager, we had a positive experience with the dealership. I thought the sales associates were upfront and honest. They worked with us on our trade-ins and helped manage our rambunctious toddler within the dealership. When working with Cowboy Chevrolet Buick GMC, my wife and I clearly expressed that we wanted to buy a certified pre-owned vehicle. We had purchased other manufacture's certified pre-owned vehicles in the past, along with added manufacturer's warranties, at additional costs. I feel the finance manager deceived us with the extra warranty coverage. We explicitly asked multiple times that we were purchasing a manufacturer's extended warranty, and we did not want a 3rd party extended warranty. Later we found out we paid for a $2,707 3rd party warranty not covered by GMC. So we ended up with double coverage for the first year / 15,000 miles with both our certified pre-owned extended original warranty and the extra 3rd party warranty. The 3rd party warranty did not stack on top of our current coverage like they said it would. We also have a $250 deductible for each occurrence, which we never explained. I blame ourselves for not looking at the contract closely and not asking more follow-up questions. We had been at the dealership for a few hours, and our toddler was very restless. So, we wanted to get out of there and probably signed the documents too fast without reading everything closely and challenging what we were told. I accept the responsibility for our actions but feel the dealership did not conduct business ethically. Please be careful when working with the finance side at Cowboy Chevrolet Buick GMC. Luckily, we had great credit and multiple outside financing options, so we ended up with a good loan.

Service

Had an appointment, was not started for over an hour. Was supposed to be a free service. Still had to pay. This is twice I?ve tried to get my free service and both times was charged. Last time I was told they could not service without an appointment so I went elsewhere. This time with an scheduled time still took over 2 hours. Hard to get serviced there. I?ll try one more time, then consider my next purchase elsewhere if not better. Like they said that?s strike 2 three and out

Business manager Jared was very pushy. Not customer friendly. Was mistified why someone would be upset at that. Seems YOU OWE IT to them to come and buy. Need to work on their bedside manners for sure. I'm in sales also and customers are gold.

Terrible Terrible Terrible

Worst service department I have ever used. Paid 500 to repair and car was worse when they returned it saying it was fixed. Do not take your vehicle here. They just worry about high turn over and don’t care if the problem is fixed or not.

Called to see about a truck seen online, the way the...

Called to see about a truck seen online, the way the salesman talked truck was in good shape no problems. Well I get there they had lost the key, at this point I already had a knot in my stomach about this place. Go out to look at it while they look for the key. The passenger side mirror was held together with 2 strips of electrical tape, was told the tire pressure light was on, just put new tires on it so tires wasn't blown the engine light was on for has cap. Then after about 30 minutes they finally get the other key. When I get in to drive it figure out the AC does not work at all. Was told this stuff was going to get fixed but if would have known all this wouldn't have drove an HR out of my way to look at this 2016 ram 2500. Was going to get 4000 for my truck. When said would have to think about that night he went to get the manager then both of them tried pressuring me into it. I found out why they done that. They were going to make an extra 2500 on my truck. The salesman spent more time in his managers office than at his desk where I was at. 2 days later found a 2018 ram 3500 tradesman same price less miles and nothing wrong with it. Ended up getting 6500 out of my truck. Needless to say will not go back there or refer any one to them.

Good selection

I visited this dealership with my friend who was shopping for a vehicle for her high school aged child. We didn’t find what we were looking for but Inwas impressed with the service and will be back next time I am in the market. It is well worth the 35 mile drive for me.

Worst customer service ever. Don't get me wrong real nice friendly folks only to lie to your face. Took truck in to have upper control arms replaced. Oh yes sir we got the right parts. And no problem having the alignment done. Go to pick truck up control arms are rubbing coil springs and oh we're sorry it won't fit on our alignment machine. Like you didn't know that from the beginning?) I asked for my old control arms I get oh we're sorry the scrap man came and pick up scrap yesterday. But we have some we just took off this morning that our old we can give you. So now I'm stuck buying new control arms and getting alignment done,. Never called to mention any of the problems that were a rising just put them on get the truck out the door take the money. Long story short greed overcomes customer service I guess.
