I went in for new tires to be placed.

I went in for new tires to be placed. I also had an alignment. They were able to work me as it was not previously scheduled. They allowed me to use GM points to help cover the cost. They went over the results of what the alignment was before and after they completed the job! Staff was very friendly.

Simply cannot recommend this dealership and it's staff

Simply cannot recommend this dealership and it's staff enough! From the moment I walked in the door I was treated like family instead of just another number like most dealerships I recently experienced before my purchase. Ryan Tutor was extremely helpful and accommodating when it came to helping us choose the right vehicle, to opening the door every time for my wife. His manager Jared McCoy came out and made sure to introduce himself and told us if we can't ever get ahold of Ryan to just ask for him.

We bought our first vehicle from Ryan Tutor he was at

We bought our first vehicle from Ryan Tutor he was at Cowboy Dodge and since then we haven’t purchased anywhere else!! We are now on vehicle number 7 with him! He always works hard to get us the best deal and always makes sure everything is good even after we buy! I highly recommend him to anybody who wants someone who doesn’t play the normal games with customers!!

Buyer Beware

I bought my first brand new vehicle from them and I regret it every day I think about it. I didn't find out until after I bought the vehicle that due to the large amount of deposit I put down, I could have asked the dealership to add the sales tax. On top of that, I was not happy with the vehicle and wanted to trade it in for that reason and the previous reason. When I called the dealership to look into it, they made it seem it was possible if I picked out a vehicle according to certain details. They didn't have a vehicle matching those details at the time. So I called back a couple months later when I saw they did. They got rude with me on the phone and refused to even consider the original deal they had said they would offer. I also wanted to trade my vehicle in because their head mechanic even told me they had no one currently who was qualified to due maintenance on my vehicle if I ever needed it done.

Had vehicle picked out and settled price with salesman.

Had vehicle picked out and settled price with salesman. The sales manager came out with his stuff and had it 8 percentage points more than my bank. First he pointed at his shirt and said this man will not take a check from your bank unless you personally guarantee the check. I told him I could and then he told me he was going to charge me 2000 dollars more for the car if I wrote a check. I got up and walked out and within an hour they called me and said they got the rate where I wanted. I purchase a new vehicle every two years or more often and this was by far the rudest and most arrogant sales manager that I have ever dealt with.
