Crappy place

Pretty sad I had to drop $1112.15 plus labor on my vehicle with warranty on it because they wouldn’t fix it or pay it and they didn’t even checked on it the whole 2 weeks they had it took my brother and my fiancé what 2 hrs 1st part then next 2 ones an hour? Well I wouldn’t buy from Cavanah in walnut ridge ever again they have bad workers and service

Disappointed

We drove 3 1/2 hours to this dealership to purchase a pre-owned Chrysler Pacifica. The price was very good (which is why we drove the distance). I was sent photos of the vehicle at my request since there were none posted online. When we arrived at the dealership, it was raining quite heavily. We had seen several of these vehicles previously so we knew what to expect. We drove it and it met our expectations. I didn’t get to inspect the outside of the vehicle due to the weather conditions. I did discover that the power lift gate wasn’t working as it should have. They offered to take $200 out of the price of the vehicle and that would cover the cost of the repair. They weren’t able to fix it since their Chrysler service department was closed. This way we would be able to get it fixed at our local Chrysler dealership. When we called our local dealership to get it scheduled for the repair they told us that it would cost $660. When I called Cavenaugh, the sales manager informed me that the $200 was “a thank you for driving down and doing business with us” not necessarily to pay for the cost of the repair. This same day, the check engine light came on in our vehicle, after owning it for 4 days. When I mentioned this to the sales manager, I was told, “it’s probably not a big deal.” They are obviously not concerned with customer satisfaction and “making things right”. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Impressive Service

I was 450 miles from home when my Buick's engine light came on. I went pulled in at Cavanaugh Buick GMC. They took such good care of me and my car: friendly, polite, good wifi/coffee/waiting area, and, IMPORTANTLY, certified Buick service. Daniel was especially impressive. They diagnosed and took care of the light, and I got back home safe and sound.

Wheel cylinder

I knew what was wrong with my truck. Was an easy fix but I bought the extended warranty and figured I'd get some use out of it. Well, what should've been an hour tops ended up burning my entire afternoon off. Spent from 12:30 to 5:30 watching a tv with the only choose Judge Judy or some cartoon. But hey, the work was good. I just recommend you stop drop and roll.
