Got me new tire for my Corvette

I was on vacation and got a flat in my rear corvette tire. No one in 100 miles had my tire size. Jay Hatfield Chevrolet was able to order one and have it delivered on Monday. They then lent me a loaner to drive to Joplin to get a rental since all rental shops would not pick me up that far out (32 miles). The service department went above and beyond. I am now heading back to get vehicle and was still able to enjoy my vacation.

Great car buying experience!

I could have bought a car anywhere but the respectful, supportive, no-pressure sales approach I received from Brian and Courtney brought me back to Hatfield's. They even drove my 2017 Jeep Renegade all the way to Joplin to meet me for a test drive. SOLD! Great deal and great service. Probably the best car-buying experience I've ever had.

Professional service

Gave up on Chevy dealership for my Colorado until I found this location. They have went overboard on service for my pickup. Now my daughter relies on them also

Was told that a Toyota Tacoma would be available

I was told by my salesman that a Toyota Tacoma would be available for me to see and purchase as soon as it was finished in the detail garage. Waited two more days and late on the second day my salesman called and told me that the manager in Columbus bought it before it left the shop. The truck was listed on Car Gurus and on the dealers web site. What happened to customer service, or customer first? Very disappointed. I do have to say that my salesman was very pleasant and easy to work with. A for him, and a big thank you. Dealer 👎🏻

Horrible experience...

Bought used 2013 terrain when I picked it up no floor mats and customer service has no intention on fixing issue.. Also kinda took that experience away but not allowing any negotiations

Worked for me!

We had an awesome experience here. Long story short... They didn’t have what I wanted on the lot so we found the exact truck I wanted. They took care of everything. All I had to do was sign the paperwork and head out. They picked the truck up keep in mind it came from MS. Everything ran smoothly. Thanks for busting tail for me. Ask for Patrick!

Wanted to buy a car!

We went there to purchase a vehicle. A nice salesman helped us pick out the vehicle that we wanted and went with us for a test drive. We went to her office and some Jacob guy showed up DEMANDING that we sign a form that we were going to purchase a vehicle from them before we found out what rebates, other discounts, and financing was available. We left. My wife was so $%^&*( that she was determined to buy a Kia or Toyota. I finally got her calmed down and we purchased a GM vehicle from a different dealer the next evening.

We went there to purchase a vehicle. A nice salesman helped us pick out the vehicle that we wanted and went with us for a test drive. It is our policy to verify that the vehicle you are looking at is the right color, has the right equipment and all of the information is correct.
