I’ve had many dealership experiences in while rarely have they been awful, they’ve also never been incredibly positive. Our experience at Jim Clark was... completely different. From the first phone call from our salesman, David, to driving off the lot, it’s been an absolutely amazing experience. David had sent me an email immediately with information I requested on a vehicle they had listed on cars.com (the vehicle we actually ended up buying) and the customer service only went up from there. It was a quick, fun, easy process and we are incredibly happy with everything. We will certainly be back for another vehicle in the future.

My experience was great. I initially went into the dealership to talk about getting a new car. I had built a 2020 Equinox on the GM website and presented... it to James Keene, the dealer rep. He proceeded to check the inventory on hand to see what they had available in stock. He found one and went and brought it up for me to look at. It was almost identical to the one I had built on the website. The only difference was I had built with AWD and the one he showed me was FWD. But that didn't matter. James took me for a test drive and showed me all the fancy technology on the vehicle. I fell in love with the vehicle. James showed true professionalism and excellent customer service. From the time I got to the dealership to the time I left with my new car was approximately 2 to 2-1/2 hours. I have been doing business with Jim Clark Chevrolet-Cadillac going on 14 years now and have been treated as a member of the Jim Clark family. I would like to thank James and Jarrod Leis for the time they spent with me and the ease of which it was for me to purchase my vehicle.

It was a very pleasant experience. The sales team was very informative. They were also very patient as we waited for a time where both my husband and I... could be present. They were very easy to work with and listened to our concerns and answered our questions.
One of the techs forgot to put a bolt on my husbands front right caliper so as we were in the mountains of Utah (PCSing to WA state) the brake fluid hose... came lose and the front right break pad fell out in the middle of the highway and I had no idea until I went to get off an off ramp so my son could go to the bathroom. Thankfully my breaks didn’t go out until we were out of the mountains but when I went to get off the off ramp my car barely stopped and the break peddle was all the way to the floor! We are now currently stuck in ID waiting for it to be fixed! I was so upset as we got the breaks done 2 weeks ago and even informed them we were moving! The response I got was “I’m sorry, I don’t know how it happened” I was so upset as their negligence could have cost me and my children out lives!!

They listed a courtesy car with 2000 miles as new car and is transparent about that. But the selling price was misleading as they incorporated the fed... tax credit into the selling price (actually selling price was 31K, but they listed it for 24K on cars.com website). Apparently this is common practice. The cost to me was my time and sending them personal info. I guess blame Tesla for that as they do that on their website as well. But still ... not a good feeling when you thought you found a deal. Makes me wary of all prices listed on cars.com now.
We are sorry that you feel the pricing was not as transparent as you had hoped. We do make a point of disclosing all possible discounts, rebates, and... any other values used to reflect the final price in our vehicle description. Ron Kramer makes is quick to get us scheduled for service & told us about a recall to be fixed & had it fixed on the spot; we had not even received any... notification yet about it.
