Alan did such an amazing job.

Alan did such an amazing job. He helped my husband find exactly what I needed and had everything ready when we got there to make it as quick and simple as possible. He even came out of his way to meet us after we left because he wanted to make sure we left with a full tank of gas. He and the whole crew were extremely nice and helpful. We will be going back in the future!

not a honest dealer,was told to come down best deal in

not a honest dealer,was told to come down best deal in town i travel 240 miles 1 way from mo, truck was advertise 1,646 mile got there not detail or clean boss was driving it plus rock ship on windchild, and 2500 miles payment were high for used 799 and wont come down now 1 month later they call me 2000 bucks less and payment 3 dollars less, now in nov cheaper more miles still 769 a month now this is 22 used cant get no discount due to used ok but one o miles new 22 ,,black friday, employee discount, rebates, incentives chrysler fianace 0, due the math same truck brand new no boss crusing it alot cheaper deal and payment they also have aq black one 22 7500 miles 55,410 same deal payment high intrest rate high and this guys cant be talk lower act like only dealer with a truck,due the math not worth buying 22 with used miles no rebates nothing period, i also talk to charles wright in nov and he said we dont want to deal with you , i quess they dont like the truth..

DONT BUY THERE, CON PEOPLE RIP OFF DEALS

they claim they got best prices and will deal with you to to come get good deal, i drove 240 miles one way to get there truck was advertise 1646 miles, got there 2300 miles and still same price 58,795 came down 300 due to chip and miles, then they did paper work, 4000 down n 3000 for my truck 84 month payment 779, crazy, walk away, today they called me now truck over 56,431 salesman said he would talk to boss to come down salseman has no pull weak, the boss keeps driving around putting miles,so salesman calls back said no the boss didnt come down a penny so i said how much on my payment same deal 7000 down came back to me at 776 payment a month 3 bucks differrent,what con idiots there boss greedy, salesman got no power,can you belive 58,795 now 56,341 difference and only made 3 dollar difference, what a joke, i wont buy nothing from them con people,manger can keep driving it till they find someone dumb enought to buy,,take my word alot better dealer then that and honest ones.

Bryant Adams and Superior are the best

I just can't begin to say enough about Bryant Adams and Superior. He personally went above and beyond for me to get me in my new Jeep. I wouldn't hesitate to send friends and family to Bryant and Superior. My situation was a difficult one, he had to bring the Jeep to my home for me to even test drive. We did everything from my driveway and with his help and understanding it all went very smoothly. I hope Superior knows just how fortunate they are to have Bryant on their team. I will be a loyal customer, thanks to the wonderful service I was given! Thank you, Bryant Adams!!

They say their prices are the lowest around, which is true if looking at what they post on the internet, but once you get there they add around $2,000 to the price. Went to look at a 30,9xx priced car and when I got there the real price was around 32,xxx. The manager gives you the run around and won’t answer direct questions. They also want to charge an additional 2,000 if you don’t finance through them. They seemed very shady and sneaky in my opinion.

Called all over the state of Arkansas and even visited...

Called all over the state of Arkansas and even visited many jeep dealerships. Had relatively the same offer for my truck and the same price on the jeep I was wanting to buy it every dealership. Except for superior! They offered me the lowest money for my trade-in and they were $8000 higher on their vehicle. Whenever I tried to discuss the reasoning for their vehicle being so much higher they got mad that I wouldn’t just except that there’s was better. I have copies of the stickers and all of the dealerships I’ve visited I know all the options and there was absolutely no reason for them to be asking so much more for their’s. The salesman actually got mad at me threw up his hands and told me to just go buy it somewhere else so apparently they really don’t care if they sell a car or not.

Do your homework first

They offered a good deal on a Jeep Patriot, so we drove up to check it out. We noticed a vibration when stopped at a stop light. The salesman gave us the "they all do that" excuse. A day after the purchase, we found that it needed a front left CV axle, and there is a weird clunk in the rear when turning right after a stop. Do your homework before you even go to the dealership, because these guys are selling you used cars "as is", and you sign a document saying so. Come to find out, the vibration is a common problem with these Jeeps, and new motor mounts are the typical fix. The clunk is a rear wheel bearing (and a pain to repair). How their mechanics missed these issues during their "gazillion point inspection" is beyond me, but luckily I'm handy in the garage. I just don't notice enough on test drives. We won't shop here again, regardless of the deal. We honestly felt cheated. Yes, I was able to fix the problems they missed (or ignored), but someone else would have had to spend hundreds of dollars extra with a mechanic to get all of these things fixed on a car they just bought. And that's not right. Another thing. With every vehicle we've bought in the past, the dealership called, emailed or sent us a letter a week or two after the sale asking our opinion of the sale and whether or not we were satisfied. We got none of that from these people. It's almost as if they knew what the response would be.
