Great place to do Business with, Before and after the sale
At a little over 20,000 miles, my engine blew a rod; I took it to the dealership, and my engine was replaced. Ever since then, my vehicle has had nothing... but issues. I brought it to the dealership, and they stated they could not replicate the problem. I was told if I brought it back again I would be charged a service fee because they could not find anything wrong with my vehicle (No error messages displayed). Every time I come to a stop, my engine severely vibrates and shakes my whole truck.. This time when I brought it in, I was told I needed a new battery. I said what about the other issues, and they said the battery seemed to be the resolution. I drove my truck home and went to leave again and started my vehicle, they whole truck started shaking and which I had to stop and restart multiple times before it started normally. I usually support Chevy and have been a loyal customer for over 20 years, but now I cannot even pull my horses with my truck for fear my truck will break.
