Very comfortable.

Very comfortable. Sat in waiting area with other satisfied customers..Also visited with my sales person when he walked through.

Service department

Went in for a tire rotation tire to be fixed and an all change. tire did not get fixed but was charged for it tires was not rotated set an a dealer for two hours I spoke with the service manager he was rude I was not willing to help I asked for a refund for tire that was not fixed. The service manager would not refund my money do not trust these people they will lie.

Car Service

Great service as always. One of the reasons I buy my car from Hoods is the service I Receive from the service department. Always friendly. Keeps me posted on status of Car repair. They will take me home and return my car back to me.

New battery

As always excellent service. After a call to the dealership, we were told to come in at One oclock. They completed the service and called to let us know we could come And get the car. They explained to us what services they completed.

Scammers

I do NOT recommend Hood Automotive, specifically Donnie or Darrin B, his seem-to-be mentor. Before driving over an hour to purchase a car at the sale price listed online, I called to confirm the price and mileage, etc. when I got there, however, Donnie priced the vehicle $8000 shiver the sale price. He refused to show me how he came to his monthly payment and insinuated that I was not competent enough to calculate an estimated monthly payment. (I used the one on their website as well as others.) Then he asked me to sign on what I thought was a reasonable monthly payment. He said $350 while he wrote down $375. What a snake! Please please have your numbers sorted out and written down before going in there. And know when you are being taken advantage of. Terrible people!
