    We had the best buying experience with friendly Cheverolet! Wesley and Nathan were so willing to help in every way they could think of. We had a very... pleasant experience and not once did we feel uncomfortable during the purchase. They went above and beyond on getting the deal done even when I had a family emergency that slowed the process. Thank you for caring about customers like us and not just making a sale.     Had a quick and easy buying experience purchasing a beautiful Lexus that fit exactly what I was looking for. The staff was helpful, quick to respond and... easy to negotiate with. I was in and out in under an hour with no issues. Definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable used car. The free power train warranty they offer was also a nice touch .

    I went to friendly Chevrolet Buick ever since I brought a new 2016 Chevrolet Spark 1Lt from them and then years later after I brought the they didn’t want... to help me get me my car fix with engine problems and weird noises coming from the vents so I would not recommend anyone friends or family to buy a car from them.

    Can not say enough good things about our car buying experience. Maverick and Nathan were extremely professional and helpful throughout the process. The... price was more than fair, the condition of the used vehicle was better than expected, and we felt they truly appreciated and valued us as customers. My wife and I were both extremely impressed and thankful for the great service we received! Would highly recommend these guys and this dealership and will definitely buy from them in the future!

    There are so many idiots that report negative experiences, not just here with Friendly Chevy but all over the internet. The major problem is, the idiots... don't realize what power the reviews have and more than likely don't care either. I've read up and down this list of reviews, focusing on the negatives and low star ratings. I see so many ignorant, illiterate people ranting, raving and ruining one of the finest dealerships in the countries reputation over temper-tantrums and misunderstood complexities within contracts or plain personal distinguishing, whereas the professionals at Friendly won't tolerate abuse, and I don't blame them! I've had nothing but good experiences while dealing with them and although I've never been fortunate enough to have bought a car through them, their staff is well knowledged, courteous and very helpful. They'll bend over backwards for you, even after you tell them that you're "just looking" or (and this is always unbelievable!) you explain that you have terrible credit and no money down and they still reach out to try and help and make your experience the best it could be, the best it should be because you're always treated like a person here. With dignity and pride, no matter what. So please, don't pay attention to the idiots that get mad and smear a companies good name because of their own ignorance, check them out and judge for yourself and you'll see why they're called "Friendly", it's not just a name!

All my questions were answered and explained in detail. I walked in to this dealership with immediate needs and was giving the best experience.     We bought and paid cash for a 2015 Chevy Tracy LS from this dealership. I bought it with 32000 miles on it and paid cash. 5 months after I bought it i... had a problem with it o2 sensors needed to be replaced so no problem replaced them at my cost because the 32000 mile vehicle had no warranty. Few days later car overheated took it to my local dealer water pump replaced this was under warranty hmmm ok. 3 days later car overheated again took it to local dealer and they check it out 1 o2 sensor needs to be replaced already PCV SYSTEM needs replaced sucking all the time nonstop and thermostat needs to be replaced. I ok these things to be fixed after further investigations I’m asked have you ever put stop leak in this car? No of course not it’s a fairly new car why I ask! Apparently somewhere between 0 and 32000 miles someone placed stop leak in it to save cost on radiator for it with less than 32000 miles now my cost to fix this car that I paid 15000 cash for is up to 1700 dollars. When I called friendly and told them I needed to talk to mechanic to find out cost of repairing it first thing asked was there a warranty on it and that he was the only person there on sat morning and that I should call back on Monday. Needless to say I took it to someone closer and it’s currently being fixed on my dime and I find this rather disturbing that someone one cover up this problem then ask me after selling me the car if it’s under warranty Seriously???

    Was in the market for a nice low miles used car. Got in contact with Justin Myrick at the Troy dealership and he had a couple options that fit my needs.... Went and test drove a couple vehicles and found the one i liked it was just a little out of my budget. Went home and did some research and talked to Justin a little more and realized he had the best deal on that vehicle around. Went back a couple days later and purchased the vehicle. Justin is very knowledgeable and very helpful in the car buying process. This is the second time we have done business with him and will definitely contact him for all our future car needs.
