Very respectful and courteous. Didn?t have to wait, they recognized me as I walked in the door and directed me to the right department. I felt very Comfortable and safe while waiting. Everything to my car was done quick and efficiently.

The vehicle was as described.

The vehicle was as described. No gimmicks. Helpful salesperson (Wesley). They attempted to answer all my questions. Very accommodating. I did not purchase because we could not work out the price. It was a very good experience with this dealer.

I had a 10 appt for service & at 3:30 I stopped back by

I had a 10 appt for service & at 3:30 I stopped back by because I hadn’t heard anything & my vehicle had not been touched. Why did I have to make an appointment if you weren’t going to handle them in appointment order. The service dept was unapologetic & had no answers.

AMAZING!

Amazing place! Heath was awesome to work with! I flew into Charlotte and he had someone pick me up from the airport to drive me to the dealership! When I got to the dealership everyone was so kind and I got in and out very quick! I bought a kia Sorento and it was in amazing condition! Couldn’t ask for a better dealership!

False on-line service advertisement

Had oil & filter changed on 6/30/22. Online price was $61.95. Upon completion the invoice at checked out was $ 75.98. I questioned the cashier and was informed " there was a price increase". They would not honor the original $61.95. Just a bait and switch. Will go elsewhere in the future. This is unacceptable to a customer. On July 1, 2022 they changed on line price to $79.95. Beware of service.

Good afternoon, My name is David Odom and I am the dealer at Friendly Chevrolet-Buick, Inc. I read your review of your experience regarding your oil change and wanted to address it with you. First, thank you for choosing Friendly to have your servicing done. When I researched your concern, what was missing was the $20 certificate that was applied to your bill, lowering it down to the advertised special. If you'll notice, your out of pocket expense was $63.10, which included the sales tax from the state and is what brought you about a dollar higher than the advertised special of $61.95. You were charged correctly, which was the advertised special, less the applied $20.00 discount. The higher priced oil change you referenced as a "price increase" was for vehicles that use Mobil 1 synthetic oil, which your car didn't require. Certain vehicles like Corvettes require this more expensive oil. I hope this clarifies any confusion but if there are any questions, please feel free to call me at (704) 550-5814 and ask for David Odom. Nicest dealership I have ever worked with!

We purchased a 2015 mustang convertible. They worked magic to make this car look great. We live a couple hours away, so sales and service worked hard to make everything happen. I have purchased many cars throughout the years, this was nicest dealership I have ever worked with.
