Great experience!

I had a great experience with everyone I came in contact with at Countryside Chevrolet. Very nice people, knowledgeable and informative. I would definitely recommend Countryside to anyone looking for a new or new to you vehicle!

Disappointed in service

Had 2015 Chevy Silverado in service shop for 5 weeks due to lack of employees and part issue. when they found missing GM part, overcharged by 4 times the original quote. We hope that after 5 weeks the issues are finally resolved (and basically rebuilt engine).

The Perfect place to buy your next Vehicle

The Owner Joe Alvarez is amazing. When my wife and I arrived at his dealership Joe greeted us and introduced us to Justin Kirkland our salesman who was very helpful and made us feel as if we were part of the family. Joe and Justin also made sure we met the other team members at the dealership. My wife and I were very pleased to also meet Miss Grace Freeman. This Lady will make you smile just by her saying hello to you. The complete team at Joe's Dealership is amazing, and it was well worth our trip from Gainesville FL (457 miles) to come to do business with Joe and his crew of fine people.

Terrible service totally dissatisfied

may 1st I found a car I liked and reached out to them. I talked to the salesman and indicated I liked the car but wanted to reach out to my credit union to get the loan. On May 6th they emailed me a copy of the sales invoice. On May 7th I sent them a copy of the approval letter my bank sent to me and told them they would be mailing the check as there is not a local branch. Just FYI I was never asked to put anything down on the car to hold which I would have gladly done so. On May 12th the check arrived and I called the chevrolet place May 13th to let them know I would be picking up the car on Friday. I was told by the salesman that would be fine to come on out. I asked for directions as I was coming from past Asheville and wanted a direct route. He couldn't give me any but told me he would have someone reach out with directions. No one called. I got to the car lot and the car that I wanted was sold the week before. I hit the roof!! yes it took awhile for the financing but for a salesman to tell me the day before over the phone that everything was fine and to come on out in the middle of gas shortage??!? Oh yes I was mad. 96.7 miles one way and all the salesman had to do was tell me the car sold last week. I understand these things but to get me to drive with two toddlers for 2 hours nearly 200 miles round trip and then tell me?? Furious. They wanted to do the bait and switch. The one car they showed me was new and out of my price range and the other I wouldn't have as it wasn't AWD. Simply furious!! I do not recommend this group and you can decide for yourself but I advise caution. They are not internet savvy and do not know how to deal with email and over the phone customers. No wonder so many are going to Vroom and Carvana. Pathetic.

Honest and Fair and They Care

Countryside Chevrolet in Franklin certainly cares about their customers and their vehicles. I am still in shock for all the support and assistance that I received from the Repairs/Service Department at Countryside over the last 6 months. They repaired my engine at no cost to me while Tonya Land battled the warranty company who wouldn’t pay all the cost for the repairs after they agreed to. And even though I was liable for some of the excess cost, Tonya took to bat for me with Portfolio Protection Warranty Company. After Countryside finished the work on fixing my engine, we were still waiting on Portfolio Protection to honor their agreement so Countryside could be paid. Countryside needed the loaner car that they provided for me back and Portfolio Protection wasn’t wanting to pay the costs that they first agreed to pay after my car was fixed. Tonya could have told me to pay the balance owed and for me to deal with getting reimbursed from Portfolio, but no, she didn’t. She went ahead and let me have my fixed car, which actually drives smoother and better than when I purchased it from the scam-artists at Lake Keowee Ford in Seneca, SC. Tonya would not back down and finally got the warranty company to honor their portion, and due to the hassle and stress of the whole experience, Countryside covered my excess costs, so I paid nothing out of pocket! Countryside may not be able to help everyone every time in every way, but this was one time that they could, and I am soooo thankful! Countryside works for their customers, not for their own pockets. Countryside Chevrolet was the silver lining from my negative experience from rotten Lake Keowee Ford. Thank you all soooo very much, Countryside Chevrolet! I will only shop locally from now on!

Great buying experence

Pleasant, professional and honest. The staff did a great job making the transaction as painless as possible. I wasn't handed off repeatedly like people have tried to do to me before. I drove 45 minutes to look at the car and am glad I did. I recommend them to everyone.

C7 corvette warble noise in rear end new 2019 vett

Bought new 19 stingray at one dealership and took car to another dealership for diagnostics because first dealership was 700 miles away! Country side Chevy in Franklin NC diagnosed my warble noise in differential and contacted GM and new differential was installed only 1700 miles on vehicle. They treated me as good as the dealership where I bought the car ! I would recommend all my friends and family to buy from Country Side Chevy because of the excellent way I was treated all of my future GM products will absolutely be purchased there !!!!
