I just purchased my second vehicle from Josh.

I just purchased my second vehicle from Josh. Both times he’s gone above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of and always a smooth buying process! As well as making sure I’m taken care of after. Wouldn’t trust anyone else. 😊

Initially I was not impressed for a number of reasons.

Initially I was not impressed for a number of reasons. Then I kept getting emails from Manny. Manny wanted to make things right. He said ‘gimme a second chance’ email that was sincere. Josh made them proud w delivery of ‘24 4-Runner, Toyota. I would buy another vehicle from Trent. Because they came back to me earnestly.

I have worked with several other dealerships in the area, however the customer service experience at the other dealerships cannot even begin to compare to the customer service I have experienced at Trent. Albert in Service is amazing and also the entire reason I decided to purchase my new car through Trent. My salesman Ron made the buying experience easy and pleasant, and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my purchase. I would absolutely recommend using Trent Cadillac Buick GMC.

To say Ronnie is a good salesman will sell him short. He’s a good man that does everything you can to make sure the deal is put together so you’re satisfied. This is my second car I have purchased from Ronnie. And my third car I have purchased from Trent. Their sales staff and service staff are outstanding. Look forward to driving my new Tahoe.
