I wish 0 stars was an option.

I wish 0 stars was an option. I hate giving negative reviews I really do but people need to know. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE! I've called and I can hear them talking and they hang up on me. My car has been there for a month! A MONTH! They don't care, they truly don't. I'm getting rid of my Volkswagen because I don't want to have to deal with them in the future. I don't know how they stay in business.

Customer beware !

Customer beware ! Have your bill marked paid in full. Added to it after we paid several days earlier. We we drove are vehicle home it had a loud banging noise front right tire that wasn't there when we dropped it off previously. They told us now we need a new axel. I took it to a reputable shop for second opinion .they found a loosened bolt on the right which created this new issue. The quote for new axel was 850.Underriner insisted there technician wouldn't do such a thing. Insisted my wife and I were lying 🤥. We were repet customers. We will purchase are new car elsewhere. Not a ounce of integrity at Underriner

I have dealt with this dealership for years.

I have dealt with this dealership for years. Have leased at least 6 or 7 vehicles from them. Always had wonderful service until the last year to year & a half. It must be under new management. All of the people I have seen in the past are gone. Now when you go in, nobody even acknowledges you. It is like they don't care about your business. The most unfriendly staff I have ever dealt with. I haven't ever seen one of them smile. People walk by when you are waiting.....nothing. As far as sales, I have been waiting 6 weeks at least to get an answer on a new Pilot Elite. I think I will go elsewhere. Sick of being treated like dirt!

Choose a different dealer

Such unfriendly staff. All new. Act like it is an imposition to wait on you. No smiles, thank yous, hellos, etc. I have been a customer here forever. Always have had wonderful service. Not the case anymore. Time to move on.....

There were undisclosed issues with the car, they allowed me to drive it home with unsafe tires, the staff ignore you after your purchase, it's been over a month and they still haven't released the title even though I didn't finance through them and they're paid in full...I can go on and on. No one here knows what they're doing, no one can answer a question, and they will happily lie to your face about anything and everything if that's what it takes to make a buck. I understand they're trying to make a living and need to sell cars, but it's places like this that give the auto industry a bad wrap. Stay away if you value your wallet and sanity.

This dealership is garbage. No pressure but Professionalism

I worked with James M. with buying my truck. It was the coldest day and James had the truck warmed up and ready for me before I got there. James was very upfront about the ratings the truck had and what needed to be repaired. James was able to back this up with documentation. I didnt feel pressured or harrassed into buying my truck as I have felt in the past at other dealerships. Doug P. was amazing too, Doug was able to get me the best interest rate and explained everything to me ( maybe twice lol) I didnt feel dumb or uncomfortable with either of these men. It was a great experience and I would recommend Underinner Honda to anyone.
