Only dealership that actually fixed my truck. Panama City is a joke. My truck has practically lived in the shop in Panama City. Triangle Chevolet actually fixed it.

This crew in DeFuniak Springs, Fl. Never ceases to amaze me with their continued attitude toward service. We had a very significant situation come up with our vehicle and they, once again, we out of their way to help us. I can?t imagine going back to the other dealerships and doing business, not after have been treated the way Triangle has taught us how to truly be a valued customer.

DON'T USE TRIANGLE CHEVROLET IN FLORIDA
This is the worst car repair experience I've EVER had in 26 years. Triangle Chevrolet will absolutely RIP YOU OFF!! They are refusing to honor my warranty after charging me over $2400 in May ’22, for un-needed repairs. Now that I’m having problems with the same system that they supposedly fixed, they want to charge for more diagnostics. Why would I need more diagnostics, if you charged me to diagnose and fix the same problem a few months ago?? The Service Advisor and Manager are extremely rude, so I tried calling GM Customer Support. However, after several weeks they too have told me they can’t help either, this is between the dealer and customer. It’s very frustrating that no one wants to take care of the customer, even though they were quick to take my money. I don’t normally write reviews like this, but Triangle Chevrolet hasn’t even tried to help. If you are looking for a Chevrolet dealership, drive to Fort Walton Beach and DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I did by choosing these thieves. I have filed a complaint with the Florida State Agriculture Department, and you should too if you’ve been treated similarly by Triangle Chevrolet in DeFuniak Springs. My advice would be to avoid this dealer at all cost. BUYER BEWARE!!

Bad customer service and incomplete service
I came in for an oil change and multi point inspection. I noticed on the way there that my wiper blade was torn.The clerk Caylee was very dry when checking my car in. When it was ready she checked me out with no friendliness whatsoever. My car was pulled forward of the protective awning in the rain when there was plenty of room under the awning so me and my daughter didn't have to get wet. Lastly my wiper blade had never been checked or mentioned. That could have been an up-sell for the dealership. Very bad experience and I rather go to Walmart for my oil changes for now on. I spoke with the service manager and he apologized but I don't know if there is any way to make this better. This is the second time that I have experienced bad customer service from this employee and dealership.
