Took my 2018 Cadillac in to have the a/c fixed.

Took my 2018 Cadillac in to have the a/c fixed. got charged $962 and a/c still doesn't work!!! Don't fall for "no games" xx they do play games. The game is worst service at the highest price. Don't waste your time.

stuck from out of town

well my son was in town for the festival this week. My 18 month old high dollar battery decided to crap out for no known reason. 388 miles from home what do you do. Didn't know that it was the battery, it wouldn't start with two high dollar jump boxes. so we had my 1999 gmc 3/4 ton van to Wes Haney Chevy in Live Oak. I had talked to service adv. Barney, he recommended a local tow company who brought it in, they went to work on it pretty quick. figured that it did need a new battery, and not sure what else. After a new battery was installed it started right up with no other problems. My main point is these guys could have easily added anything to the repair bill. But man are they honest. Just a battery, and nothing else. When family is stuck 388 miles away with vehicle problems these are the people that got my back. I will probably never cross paths with the service guys at Wes Haney Chevy in Live Oak again. But I will not forget how they made my day getting my family home safe and secure. Will I recommend Wes Haney to a friend, you'r darn right I will.

Dustin Drury was awesome, we had a great experience even when we have it serviced it’s incredible at how well this dealership is even the other salesmen make me feel welcome from giving me a hard time because I’m a Georgia Bulldog fan lol

Best experience and no extra fees

We wanted a new Colorado and decided to give Wes Haney a shot at our business and it was our only stop. Their prices were the best around and they were easy to negotiate with. One of the best things was that there were no added on "dealer fees" or "doc fees". Definitely will return when we're ready for another vehicle.

Outstanding customer service. This is the model for what car dealerships should be. It’s worth the drive to Live Oak if you’re in a bigger market to find a good deal and get this kind of treatment.
