Integrity, honesty and responsibility

We are long time service/repair consumers of Jim Douglas. Recently had an experience that required extensive effort to complete the repairs. We cannot possibly say enough regarding how well the situation was managed and resolved by the staff and Jim Forester. We recommend their services to one and all. They practice the highest workmanship standards, are honest and responsible for their services, and place value on great customer satisfaction. The aforementioned positives are those held by people who have a long standing in the local community and will continue to maintain these high standards by doing whatever it takes to resolve issues. Thanks to all of the staff.

very happy customer

2 months ago we bought this trailblazer and we love the ride and even though it had a few miles on it they were nice enough to extend us a warranty. 200 miles afther the warranty had ran out when i called to tell them of my situration eveyone said the samething,(good thing u bought it here).. they told me to bring it in and they would take care of it. these guys are great,not only did they fix my problem at no charge but from the time that i called them on that saturday morning 3 hours later i had my truck back.i highly recomend them

Wonderful, Caring and Great Customer Care

I had been looking for a Third Row vechicle for about a month, had looked at serveral other dealers and either the price, miles, cosmetics or Sale person just wasn't what we wanted. I spotted my 2003 TrailBlazer North Face Edition on a Friday as I drove by. We were going out of town so I had my daughter ride up and look to see if it was something I was looking for. She sent me a text and said "Mom you better jump on this, fast", she knew it wouldn't last long. Emailed them on Sunday and called on Monday. Spoke with Bill Madson re: all the info I needed for my bank and with it being a 2003 with only 108,000 miles was a great deal,but we had issues with the bank not wanting to finance a 2003. The Bank had refused to finance, Bill refused to give up and not just to sale a vechicle because he knew it was what we were looking for and a GREAT DEAL so he began to work on the issue with the bank. He worked with the bank for Two Days helping us to get this financed. On the second day I got a Text saying "THE BANK APPROVED IT". We now have Three Generation's that have bought From Jim Douglas Chevrolet. I would recommend Jim Douglas to everyone. They aren't there to just sale a Vechicle for the Money, They care for you as a Person and want to make sure you are Happy with your experience and want the feed back of your experience or any suggestions you may have. I PERSONALLY WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW HOW ABOVE AND BEYOND BILL MADSON AND EVERYONE AT JIM DOUGLAS WILL GO FOR YOU AS A CUSTOMER. THEY REALLY CARE.

Great Deal

Bill Madson and Jim Forrester did a great job of guiding me through my car buying process. They both worked with me and were super great to deal with. Both are trustworthy and went above and beyond to give me a great deal, which says a lot about their character as well. Dealing with honest home town people is always a good decision. I would recommend Jim Douglas Sales and Service.
