Charles Sanchez showed me and my wife all the cars available that were. On our budget, without trying to persuade us into a higher price range. He did not pressure us helped us make a good buy that fits our needs. The 2011 MKZ was in good condition but it was missing the operation Factory book that he said was in the car. He when ahead with the help of Paul tge Finance Manager and promised to have it sent to .me. I trust they Will do this, and beielve it will be received shortly. My wife and I bought our BMW 328xi here and it was a very easy process. Our sales guy was Mark and he was super easy to work with and he knows his luxury vehicles. We also have our BMW serviced there and they were very reasonable price wise and fast. There are only a couple of dealers in town that work on BMW's and this is a good one! We are actually looking for an X5 and our first choice will be Dana Motors!
