Had two vehicles worked on here. I had appointments both times to get my cars fixed. The first time around, they identified the problem and had it fixed within two days (thermostat, water pump, radiator). Second time around they identified and fixed one problem within two days, then they identified the third problem, but it took over a week to get it repaired and back to me. They always answered the phone and I was told "it would be ready tomorrow" over 3 times (this causes all kinds of problems when you are borrowing another's car and you keep asking to extend borrowing it due to continually being told later). It took almost 3 days to get a quote for the repair, then they claimed they had the part and was told multiple times they would call back and give me an exact time and never received a call back. Mixed thoughts about ever taking my cars there to get them worked on again....might try somewhere else if I need it back when I am told it will be back.
