My F350 broke down up in Springfield, and the person driving it took it to the nearest place that seemed like it could handle a truck that size. They installed... new brake calipers on the rear tires backward, causing it to turn into a smoking mess a few hundred miles later. Took it to the place I trust closer to my home, and my $1700 repair from Springfield GMC Buick ended up costing me another $1250 in parts and labor to re-repair.
Overall nice place have a huge selection to choose from. On the purchase end it takes for ever and its a huge runaround. The service department is horrible... no one can figure anything out the manager is rude no one can seem to return phkne calls or tell of issues. Been there multiple ti.es for multiple issues and with no resolution. And empty promises.
It was easy, convenient to set my appointment up on line. Dropped off the night before, had a loaner waiting for me, with a smile. Everything was done... the next day as promised. It is a great feeling to have such great service!!

Recently I went in to talk about trading my vehicle and after a couple of hours and getting nowhere I left very frustrated. Later that day the Finance... Manager, Dave, called me to apologize. He made no excuses about what happened, but assured me that is not a typical experience here and wanted to make it right. Admittedly, I was skeptical, but Dave was great. He worked with me personally to get to a price and rate I could afford. And in the end I walked out of there with a new 3/4 ton truck and GREAT deal! I could not be happier. From the salesmen, Brodi, to Dave, Katie, Charlie and even the GM, Luke, they all went way out of there way to make sure I got a great deal. The personal service was amazing and I ABSOLUTELY recommend, if you need a new car or truck, go see these guys.

This dealership is constantly boasting about what great deals they have, but in reality all you will do is waste the better part of your day and you won't... get any deal at all. I went in wanting to know how much they would give me for my trade-in, which was a 2017 with less than 20k miles on it. Well after almost 2 1/2 hours they still couldn't tell me that so I left to run my errands. I asked for them to call me when they could answer this question, but it was IMPERATIVE that I stop back by there. So, two hours later I stopped back by there only to learn they still couldn't tell me how much they'd give me for a trade so I left and told them to call me. Well I got down the road about one mile and the salesmen called me to offer me the EXACT amount listed in the Kelley Blue Book, Trade-in section. Wow, what a fantastic offer, NOT. Oh, and if you think they're going to take any money of the price of their truck, they're not. The bottom line is if you've got a whole day to waste to listen to a car salesmen talk endlessly just to end up with no deal whatsoever then by all means go there, but if not you might wanna go somewhere else. What a complete waste of a day off.
I have bought 5 new vehicles there and NEVER again. They have no concept of customer service/relations or respect. It is a shame for sure that telephone... bullying is acceptable to them, as well as lying about the products they sell. I expect a dealership to be honest, respect their customer and you will not find that there.
We had seen a vehicle on line so drove up to check it out. The photo and description was not the vehicle we were shown. We were told a 3rd party handles... that. My husband test drove what they had, was ok with the truck. Salesperson was not pushy, recommended we think about it. He went the next day and this truck went up $2000.00. How does this happen? We were not pleased at all. It was a different salesperson. Huge waist of our time as well as a 1 hour drive to get there and home again. So sad, they lost a sale.

This is not of the best and professional Car dealers i have used. They followed my request from the scratch to the detail. At first the experience was good until I drove off the lot and my drive home (an hour) the check engine light came on. They did immediately want to fix... it. But that took 3 weeks. I got the car back to drive it again for the check engine light to come back on. That time they had it for maybe 2 weeks and when I got it back nothing was done no paperwork was given to me. They took it back again due to the light again. But that time I had front end damage done to my car!!!! They tried to tell me it wasn't noticed when I was purchasing it but my pictures of when I brought it home prove otherwise. Now they refuse to do anything for me even tho I have to file a claim due to the damages and my insurance is now the price I pay for the car monthly. I'm not only disappointed but shocked at how it's been 2 months and the GM still has yet to call me back. I will never tell anyone to go here for a car.
