First question: What "Markups" are there!

Just purchased a new vehicle from them and upon the signing they hit me with a $2500 add on! First it was called a "Vehicle availability Fee", and then it was an "additional dealer Markup"! This in spite of GM saying demanding extra money on top of the mandatory reservation fee and adding markups to the final price could put the dealers in violation of their agreement. The U.S. government lost $11.2 billion on its bailout of General Motors, according to a 2014 government report, this was "OUR TAX DOLLARS"! Now some of their dealers are apparently returning the favor.

Rick Bockman

My husband and I just bought a new Yukon Denali. They gave us a great deal on trade in. They went over everything with me from top to bottom as I will be the primary driver. Everyone is courteous and friendly from the salesman to the mechanics. Thank you everyone for going above and beyond.

Top of the line dealership, starts with the owners right down to the service department . They make the buying experience some enjoyable. No pressure, no games just good home town service. I genuinely enjoyed the whole purchasing experience.

Repairs Made Ahead of Scheduled Appointment

We had to have our vehicle taken by rollback to the dealership two days before our appointment due to a worsening problem. How nice to receive a phone call early the next morning informing us of the problem and asking permission to go ahead with the repair. Two hours later we were called to say the repair had been made and it was ready to be picked up. That was one day ahead of the appointment we had made. That was beyond our expectations. Way to go, Bokman's!

Great Service

We were expecting the dealership would be closed but wanted to see if you had the vehicle we wanted. We were met by a salesman who showed us around. He took his time and showed us a vehicle close to what we wanted and also one he thought we might like to see. He was right we bought the one he thought we might like. We were not rushed even though it was closing time. It was great working with Lloyd. We came back in the next day to sign for and pick up the new truck and love it.

Terrible Experience Overall

We bought our vehicle brand new from this dealership - 3 years later we had issues that were under warranty, which ended up needing replaced. After having our vehicle in the shop for well over four weeks, we returned to pick up our vehicle in worse shape that when we left it. The vehicle was shaking, vibrating, and was so loud you could barely hear the person next to you talking. Parts were not put back properly, bolts were loose, etc.. We are taking our vehicle to a different dealership - We will never deal with these people again. Do not make the same mistake of taking your vehicle here or purchasing from here as we did. The owner himself was rude and unhelpful. Never again.
