Super friendly.
Super friendly. Made it the process of getting an oil change and tire rotation simple. Also was pretty quick with getting the services completed.

Sent an email to the dealership asking availability and
Sent an email to the dealership asking availability and if the vehicle had a standard transmission as was listed in the cars listing! Got a reply back that the car was not a standard transmission but instead an automatic. I responded to the dealers reply saying that I had since looked at the information in their listing for the car and found that the “clutch” was replaced in the car a few years prior! I never heard back! Sad part is with a little more info. I probably would have bought the car! Still Looking!!

Best GM Dealership I know of! I travel a lot and have visited several GM dealerships over the years for service on my vehicle. Basil in Fredonia is the best! The service department and parts departmen offer excellent customer service. They have always been very friendly, accomodating, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. That goes a long way in my book. It's the way a dealership should be!

I was unable to get a car i wanted to test drive driven
I was unable to get a car i wanted to test drive driven closer to me without explanation for almost a week. Once I finally got an explanation the test drive went fine but the car was driven back to the further Fredonia location. Purchasing was frustrating due to driving down to Fredonia for all of the paperwork and then once everything was approved it took an additional day to actually get the car. Because they didn’t not have enough drivers on the day my paperwork was approved I waited an additional day and the car wasnt delivered where I wanted. It was still dirty inside, when I removed the passenger side disposable floor cover there were leaves all over and there was still smudges of dirt near the drivers side doors. My largest complaint in all of this is the lack of communication. I was not told for nearly a week that the transmission needed work, and after that it was never mentioned again- which was kind of suspicious to me. I tried to foster the insurance approval the best I could while also still at my job, and once it was and it was “too late to secure the drivers” I guess it was assumed that I would wait at home for the car instead of making (even more additional) arrangements to get to work since I still didn’t have the car until the next day after approval was secured. I would have thought the car would be detailed while waiting for the insurance approval but I ended up with a slightly dirty car the evening after I had hoped due to a lot of assumptions.
