Lied to me about interest rates, general manager will not return call, the salesman told me regardless of credit score mine being 789, was 6.2 interest rate when another Chevy dealer quoted me a rate of 3.99, unfortunately they did not have the truck I wanted

Best Service

I started coming here for a while now. I was new to handling car problems on my own, and Stinnett Chevrolet Buick Inc were perfect. I trust them because they do not try to upsell you on things and they are knowledgeable about cars. Thank you Stinnett Chevrolet Buick Inc.

Stinnett Chevrolet Buick is great. Everyone is friendly and HONEST!! I've been coming here for years and they are always cheaper than the car dealerships and they do not make you spend on stuff you don't need.

They are awful, evasive & pretty much non-responsive. When I asked what was the "out the door cost" of the vehicle as I'm 4 1/2 hours away & need a firm idea of the cost, the, I presume heir apparent owner, Marc Stinnett, sent an email stating he had a transcript of the e-chat I had w the rep & would respond if necessary Bad slime dealership is the feeling I got

I am a loyal customer and have only the best things to say about Stinnett Chevrolet Buick. I have had experience with purchasing. The staff go out of their way to make me feel like a valued customer and support with making sure I get in for car needs. I Highly recommend Stinnett Chevrolet Buick.

Awesome group to work with!

Great sales crew. Very helpful finding what we needed!

Outraged. If I could give them MINUS 20 stars it still wouldn't be enough. Took the car in to Stinnett to get the oil changed, was told it needed new tires as well, and they didn't have them available there. So, got out on the freeway to get to a tire shop, only to find out they'd botched the oil change when my check engine light came on. Got back to Stinnett to experience the worst customer service I'd ever dealt with from a place that charges as much as they do for their services. These people were smart mouthed and even laughed at my indignation. Turns out the O-ring in the filter element housing had been broken. The service manager attempted to blame this on a defective part, but could not show me any advisory bulletins about that from Chrysler. But it gets better........... Finally got the car back on the road after getting Stinnett to fix what they broke(even though they refused to fully satisfy me after ruining my day, again, really bad customer service) and to the tire shop, where the mechanic at Firestone Auto Care advised me that the bolts holding the rear alignment on my tires were loose! Mind you, I'd been taking my car to Stinnett since I owned it, and had had multiple service inspections performed by them. So much for that...... These xxxxxxxxx had literally let me drive around with loose parts on my car for the entirety I'd been doing business with them!!!! I guess they were more interested in SOAKING me for $500 "induction cleaning services" then actually making sure my vehicle was properly maintained! These people had wasted my time, raided my wallet, and put me in a car that wasn't properly maintained! RIP OFF ARTISTS!!! Also, the mechanic at Firestone informed me that not only had they likely either over-torqued the oil filter element housing, or, failed to replace the O ring which is supposed to be done at every oil change.... but, when I showed him the inside of the filter housing (which I made Stinnett replace) that they also had been manipulating it roughly(the mechanic had described a side to side motion) and in a fashion to have broken it internally as well. The service manager at Stinnett tried to tell me that it was because of wear, or something, that those parts had broken. Dishonest, horrible customer service. This is supposed to be a Chrysler dealership staffed by professional mechanics, and they sure have no problem charging a premium for their "service". They can't even do an oil change correctly, go look up their profile on the Better Business Bureau and you'll see I'm not the only person to have had them mess up this very simple, basic form of auto maintenance. Thankfully, my vehicle is still under Chrysler's' drive train warranty for another year so if anything they'd done causes problems, I'm ok. I'll be taking my vehicle to another dealership and suggest anyone reading this review do the same. Save yourself the grief and steer clear of Stinnett. Do not buy a car from them and for the love of all that is holy don't even entrust them to do a simple oil change!

Had a terrible experience with the Finance Manager at Stinnett, never experienced a dealership that didn’t want my new business. I was treated rudely could tell quickly that Brandon the Finance Manager didn’t want to try to earn my business. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone, potential buyers please beware

Great dealer

Great dealer. Great service. Called me back multiple times. Worked to find the most affordable vehicle and payment. Seems to genuinely care about their customers.

Caused damage to my oil pan!!!

My car was taken to this dealership on 5/18/20 for a simple oil and filter change. They are not our regular dealership, which is over 2 hours away and we thought it would be easier to have it done there. During the oil change, my husband is told that the oil pan is leaking. I have a paved driveway and no oil leak on it before it was taken there and no evidence of an oil leak. Have Onstar and get reports monthly and no sign of any issues. He is then told that they can fix it temporarily, but he will probably have to come back and have the oil pan replaced at a cost of 800.00. He was charged 109.03 for this "service." He gets it home and checks it and it is leaking on the pavement and the smell of oil that has obviously burned off when he drove it home. He took it to our regular dealer this morning and the oil pan plug has been stripped. Our regular dealer fixed it for us and said the cost for a new oil pan for this car is 400.00 not 800.00. Needless to say, it could have been worse if we had let them do anything else to it, but you can be sure they will NEVER get anymore of our business and we will be reporting them to the Attorney General and the BBB. I had to give them a 1 star for it to show up and post this review, but I give them a 0 star review.
