Shane and Scott sold me a car that had been wrecked the tail light was glued in car fax said it was clean when I asked Scott he studdard and said aw it must of been the old owner even went so far as to say he could help pay for some repairs never did, this car tail light was glued in nothing that I saw when I bought it took it to Vw dealer ship Shane said the oil was changed it was not oil light came on they also show me the tail light it was glued in!!!! Took it to collision center they confirmed car was wrecked and has over 8,000.00 in damage under d/s fender a bad weld etc Shane and Scott Misrepresented this car they took my money and my trade in Never Called Me Back after Scott said he could help!!!! Even charged me to reset tire light that was on and to put a bulb in it 79.00 who does that!!!!! Stay away from this place CROOKS........😡😡😡

Buying our car with lifetime Jeep warranty,we have a 1 inch thick of invoice from repaires every time we had a repair they disputed it was covered.Than when they made repairs the car would have another problem when I would bring it home sometimes my car would be there for weeks.the last time was the worst I bought new tires and wanted them to last so I noticed the rear trailing arms was worn Stinnett replaced the arms and had 4 wheel alignment my car has 8000 miles on new tires yeah you guessed it back tires worn on inside super dangerous ready for blow out taken car to another shop and guess what alignment way out and adjusting sleeves not been loosened since car was built this is not the first time Chrysler should pull the dealership I would not recommend this place for me I cannot afford tires every 8000 miles it’s cheaper for me to fix the car

I don?t feel I was shown enough appreciation for buying a vehicle from you, sending another individual out to buy a vehicle from you and for being a local service customer for 2 years. I was supposed to get an extraordinary deal or free deal on my first oil change when due but instead I was charged $85. When I questioned the price I was told that I ?was lucky because they?re usually $110 or more?. Really?! Absolutely not feeling the love at all.

Shane Farley was wonderful!! I recommend him at Stinnets in Newport if you are shopping for a new car! He was patient with us and let us take our time looking and didn?t force us into a vehicle we wasn?t sure about.

They are a good dealership and talk to me when I call them or if it’s late they call me back the next day. The only problem is they will not move on the price of the Vivid Orange Metallic Camaro. My 2019 Colorado ZR2 is a low mileage (15,679) which is loaded and 100% of the miles are highway miles with superior maintenance and records! Please work with me and let’s make this trade possible! Thank You

I'm a pretty picky buyer.. These guys got five stars... Never done that before... Scott my divine process Straight... Stress free.. Salesman josh worked up the deal.. Everything went smooth.. Well worth the drive from knoxville .. I drove past three other jeep dodge dealerships to get there... I've already recommended them 1 other person... They will put you in it..
