I don?t feel I was shown enough appreciation for buying a vehicle from you, sending another individual out to buy a vehicle from you and for being a local service customer for 2 years. I was supposed to get an extraordinary deal or free deal on my first oil change when due but instead I was charged $85. When I questioned the price I was told that I ?was lucky because they?re usually $110 or more?. Really?! Absolutely not feeling the love at all.

Shane Farley was wonderful!! I recommend him at Stinnets in Newport if you are shopping for a new car! He was patient with us and let us take our time looking and didn?t force us into a vehicle we wasn?t sure about.

They are a good dealership and talk to me when I call
They are a good dealership and talk to me when I call them or if it’s late they call me back the next day. The only problem is they will not move on the price of the Vivid Orange Metallic Camaro. My 2019 Colorado ZR2 is a low mileage (15,679) which is loaded and 100% of the miles are highway miles with superior maintenance and records! Please work with me and let’s make this trade possible! Thank You

Well worth the drive from knoxville .. I drove past three other jeep dodge dealerships to get there... I've already recommended them 1 other person... They will put you in it..

Frame, Brake Lines, Transmission Pan, Everything Under Truck Has Corrosion And Rust. Looks Like Truck Has Been In Salt Water Or Snow, That’s How Bad The Rust Is. I Talk To Scott And Mark About This Problem. They Said For Me To Take It Up With Chevrolet. I Asked Them For A Refund Or Another Truck And They Hang Up On Me. Will Not Give Me Right Time Of Day. Lies Have Consequences
I am Glenn lord a Great Grandfather and along with my wife Jean we are both cancer and covid survivors. We recently took a short vacation to get away from our former worries and ended up with even more stressed and needlessly stranded in Newport Tennessee due to a car dealers deception. Our truck camper wouldn't start so we called around and was told by Stinnett Auto Group that if we could have it towed there by five o'clock they could service it around noon the next day. We had the truck towed, rented a car and checked into a motel near by. The next day came and our truck sat untouched. We were then told by Stinnett it would be serviced the next morning. Morning came and went and still our truck sat. It was obvious we were being lied to and with building expenses and obviously being lied to we had to do something. Not knowing if we were going to be in continuous limbo and eventually taken by an unscrupulous car dealer we decided to go home rather than adding to our growing expenses we couldn't afford. All this for what I understand from talking to another dealer would most likely have been a one hour replacement of the key module. It is easy to understand why Stinnett Car Group has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau but not to understand their deception that has caused us so much unneeded stress. Now our unserviced truck is in Newport Tennessee and we are in Hosford Florida still not knowing what to do about our truck. Our expenses are not building but our stress is still there.
