OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!

Chris Tomlinson did an outstanding job, he was persistent without being pushy or obnoxious, a real pleasure to deal with. We felt he went above and beyond to make this as seamless as possible. Wendy Allen in accounting sent in our payoff on our trade immediately, which was really appreciated since no one wants to pay interest on two loans. Thanks again all, love the truck!

Great experience

I r drove to alpine from spokane to look at an acadia for my wife. They were busy there and i was still met by chris the sales manager and the service manager. The service manager actually took me out foe a test drive just to help out. Everyone in the building was great and worked to get the deal done and helped me switch my belongings from my trade in to our new car. We had to come back for an alignment a few days later because it got late and we ran out of time. Not only did they get it scheduled and done but they gave me a loaner to go out to lunch while i waited but they filled my tank for having to come back out. The staff at alpine will go above and beyond to make it right for you. Great place, great service, great people. I would highly recomend them to anyone looking for a new or used ride!

Service on '98 Cadillac Concours

Appt. set to drop of on a Wednesday, emailed & voice mail to please check battery, alternator & fuses. Friday it was ready to pick up, $427.50 diagnostic fee with no resolution. Arranged for ride to dealership for picking up at 1:30, no service personnel was present that knew anything about issues. Arranged following Monday to return, they requested I pay $427.50. diagnostic fee at cashiers, waited for 1/2 hour for service dept. to deliver to service door. Car immediately died, driver's seat was in 100% forward position, I could not crawl behind the wheel. Cover to seat diagnostics laying in back floor. Could not restart without a jump. I couldn't drive it in that position and instructed for them to deliver the car to my home (within a couple miles). It sat for a couple days, I initiated a cadillac forum inquiry, all retired service managers responded, voltage, make sure battery has a full charge. Pulled battery, returned to Auto Zone originally purchased 6 months prior, they tried charging, informed it was a bad battery, replaced the same. I installed, and the vehicle runs 100%, seat immediately responded to memory, air conditioning ok, all electrical functions. In last 3 weeks have driven to NE of Colville, WA (250 mil round trip), Yaak, MT (180 mile round trip), and of course local trips from Sandpoint to Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls, etc. No issues. $427.50 diagnostic fee, no resolution and all it was is battery replacement?

Bought my car from them

So I went in and I was treated like a human being. Very good on customer service. Even after I got the car they called to make sure everything was good. They worked very hard for me to get approved for the car I wanted. Paper work was very fast I was only in there for an hour and drove away with my car.

Great Experiance buying my new GMC Terrain

Found the vehicle we were looking for at Alpine Motors in Sandpoint, ID. Chris Tomilson was very helpful and made the experiance a pleasure. It was just a short dive north out of Spokane to get the right vehicle for us. I will be recommending Alpine motors to our friends and family. Thanks Chris for making us feel like family! Sincerly, Brad Shaffer
