Jason Wendling and Troy (don't have last name) were absolutely awesome. The whole experience was great. I have been buying cars for a lot of years (33... vehicles) and this was by far the best experience. They dealt with me in a very courteous manner and met most of my demands like professionals. They even pulled a vehicle from another dealership to get me exactly what I needed. When the vehicle arrived from the other dealership, there were 2 small dents on the passenger door. Jason was very apologetic and told me this isn't the way they do business. Jason and Troy both worked with me, got their dent/scratch guy on it the following week and even let me take a loner while my Camaro was being taken care of. My daughter turns 16 in the not too distant future and I will be buying from here. From this point forward Suski has me sold. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK GUYS!!!

Outstanding place to buy a new car. They dot every "I" and cross every "T" leaving nothing for the buyer to do but drive away in a new vehicle. A great... place to do business. Many other business could learn about excellent customer service if they spent a little time learning what the folks at Suski Chevrolet do for their customers.

Unfortunately had yet another sub-par experience. Vehicle issue was not resolved and was asked to come pick the vehicle up and if the issue re-occurred... to bring it back.
I am so sorry about this. I will ask our service manager to look into this.
paid for one thing, had to bring it back cause was Not fixed, then paid over 200 for the next trip so thats over 300 total, and it Still has the same problem!... was offered another shot, but xxxx, cant afford much more for nothing but "look,see" am taking it somewhere else

So you sold me a Chevy Tahoe at the end of 2017 with the Suski Bucks inventive. I called today to get an oil change and inquired about using said Suski... Bucks. I was told that program is no longer as an apparent email went out stating it would end at the end of last year and customers had till end of year to use any balance? Never received an email (pretty poor way to communicate something like that). So when I asked why you are just pulling monies that where contractually given to me at the purchase of a vehicle, was told the fine print says it can be pulled at any time. Pretty upset by this and the way it was handled and communicated. Will NEVER purchase from you again and will certainly be spreading the word of how awful your business model is.
We are sorry the Auto Cash, unfortunately expired on 12/31 and we did let everyone know ahead of time via numerous emails and postings around the deal...ership. GM came out with a New Rewards program that began after this point. We?d love to get you signed up for this program so you can start earning your rewards but do apologize for any miscommunication from us prior.
