I scheduled my oil change here after arriving from

I scheduled my oil change here after arriving from Arkansas because I did not have time to have it done before I left. I am very familiar with this area as I was raised here. I scheduled my appointment and brought it in at the time scheduled, 9am. Channing greeted me and we did the walk around on my vehicle. Notibg all the bugs on my vehicle obviously just arrived from a 900mile trip the day, besides stating I needed new tires. Which after the MPI I do not at this exact moment. When we went back to his desk he asked if I wanted to change my air filter. I told him if they take it out and see that I need a new one I will take that step. But he wanted to see me one right away. I had mentioned that my rear passenger break had been squealing and I asked if he could have them take a look at it. He said automatically it would be $185 charge. I told him to forget it I would take it to my hometown dealer where I purchased my vehicle. My dash says my break pad life was about 80% and I?m at 33k miles. I went and sat in the waiting room and started to think every dealership I have gone to consist of a 5point MPI which includes checking break pads and break lines. So I go back by his desk and brought this up to him and he said that was correct but to do a diagnostic check it was going to be $185. Well I didn?t ask for him to do a diagnostic check but to just look at my breaks (included in the MPI) Also he mentioned that it was not under warranty. I wasn?t going to argue with him because at this point it just felt that he was trying to get every penny he could out of me. I went back and sat down until it was my turn to leave and I got my papers to go over myself. I did call my salesman back home and like Channing stated breaks, and wiper blades were not under warranty however if my break pad life was in the green and there is a squealing coming from them then YES that would be covered under warranty and there is something else wrong. Of course my tires were in the yellow but just fell below the green. My breaks were also in the green. Not overly impressed with the customer service by Channing and I won?t deal with him again if I have to come back during a future visit to Michigan. However I don?t want to focus my entire review on Channing. There was a a gentleman by the name of Brad Bright who was extremely friendly came into the lounge area. Talked with myself and others with a smile while he grabbed a drink. There was also a lady cleaning the lounge area at this time who was smiling and friendly.

They confirmed most of bad things heard about used car

They confirmed most of bad things heard about used car salesmen. Very misleading and not straight forward. Mislead on price mislead on trade in mislead on interest rate. Went with go to bank instead of best rate. Should find financial institution more customer friendly.

Great Experience

Tina was awesome and it is greatly appreciated that she helped get my repair covered under my extended warranty. I know it?s not always easy to make that happen so very happy with the entire experience

Excellent care

This is my 3rd vehicle from Suski?s. I had a few bumps in the road on my end. But with Nate Warsaw and Dave Staceys help I was in my new vehicle and on my way home. I received such excellent care from them. As a senior citizen I truly appreciate the honesty and care. Thank you Nate and Dave.

Defintely deserves more than a 5* rating My family was referred by Brandon Stiener to Suski Chevrolet Buick for both purchasing vehicles/service repairs. Best referrals are word of mouth! You have to have your trust with your mechanic just like you build with your physician, dentist and jeweler. Brandon Stiener will always be our mechanic with our trusting repor we've built, his honesty, loyalty, professionalism, courteous manners, exceptional work ethics and knowledge he has earned and gained. He is the only one who we will allow and trust to.work on our cars. He has gained some forever customers for life. In which I will continue to refer my family/friends to Brandon Stiener for any service repairs. Having managerial experience he is a wonderful asset to The Suski Team/Customers.
