I had been looking for a used car, low mileage and had gone to three other dealerships before going to Mikels. I was disappointed that the most of the other dealerships did not follow up to see if they could help me find another car once I had looked at the ones I was interested in that their business. The other dealerships were out of town and I was hoping to find something at Mikels since they are in town, in case I had any problems with a car I might purchase. At first I didn't find a car I was interested in. But once the car dealer knew what I wanted he was interested in doing business with me. I had been praying that God would lead me to a car like He always had. I got a call from the dealer on a Monday informing me that there was now a car he thought I would like. I liked the car, the dealer worked with me to find low interest for my loan and was very patient and helpful in answering any questions that I had. When I later had a problem with my battery being dead a few weeks after buying the car the dealer and a mechanic came to where I was and diagnosed the problem and I was on my way in a jiffy .I had a good experience with trading cars.

I was thinking about trading for a newer car when I looked at Mikels Inc. website. I saw 1 2013 Toyota and went to Mikels to see about it. Russ was very helpful and courteous. We drove the car, and I liked it.I was happy with the trade-in price and the financing. Any time I had a question, I called Russ, and he had the answer for me. He has asked me several times if I have any questions or problems.
