    Entire service staff is excellent!! Laura is a wonderful Service Director who truly cares about the customer. Steve answers all questions always, Jamie... is a Professional Mechanic who does quality work and shows and explains his work to you. Rachel is always nice and helpful and Holy is great in parts help. Entire service staff works as a team and treats you like family!!

    Great job again , and nice printout and verbal instruction on future preventative repairs. Nice to know so you can split costs into a couple visits.... Few things i wouldn't have even guessed at to keep aware of. Thanks for fast thourough service. Always easy to set up an appointment. And it's great for that you remind us when it's close to the right time. Very courteous staff. Thanks Mark

    From my initial contact with Raquel, to the mechanic test driving the truck while we waited, to providing a loaner, and to the diagnosis, repair and thorough... inspection itself, the Bill Harris staff did a great job. This is the best RAM dealer I have ever been to.

    On Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at about 4:00 PM in Ashland, OH while in route from Indianapolis to upstate NY, the water pump failed on our 2006 Cadillac... DTS. We quickly Googled the nearest Cadillac dealer, and found that Bill Harris Auto Center was only about 6 miles away. We were fortunately able to get there at about 4:15 PM. Clint Hackney, their service manager, checked us in. Clint said we could leave the car there for the repairs and drove my wife to the Enterprise Rental Car facility nearby so we could continue our trip. Our plan was to return on Monday, Labor Day, and pick-up our car and return the rental car and return to Indianapolis. Even though it would be Labor Day, and the dealership would be closed, Clint discussed how he would hide the key for us to retrieve it. Both Clint and Mindy stayed late Tuesday night to permit us to move our belongings from our car to the rental car. And they explained they would call with an update on our repair the next day. When they called, they advised they would have to get some parts from another location, and that hopefully they would complete our repair by the end of the day on Friday. On Friday, however, they advised some of the gaskets received did not have the right format, but they were scrambling to find them locally so they would be able to complete our repair by the end of the day, as planned. We were hoping the car would be ready on Monday, otherwise I would have to stay overnight in the area. When Mindy called on Saturday morning she advised that the technician, Josh M, who had started our repair work had come in Saturday morning to complete our repair and that our car was ready. We knew Josh had planned a family camping trip for Saturday. We confirmed where the key would be hidden, and paid our bill by credit card. On Monday when we arrived at Bill Harris Auto Center, our car and key were in the locations discussed, and we drove home to Indianapolis, and the car worked great. The overall all experience was very positive, from the customer engagement by both Clint and Mindy on that Tuesday afternoon, to the above and beyond effort by Josh M on that Saturday morning to complete our repair, knowing he was delaying his weekend camping trip. Thank you all! Anyone looking to purchase a car in the Ashland area, or needing service on one of their brands, we highly recommend Bill Harris Auto Center. Bill and Julie Beach
