Technician provides a video sent to your phone as the vehicle is being inspected: fluids, filters, engine, under carriage, brakes, & tires with recommendation if needing replaced soon or not...giving you assurance your vehicle was thoroughly checked out.

Over the weekend, I had an issue with my front tire losing air rather quickly. I left a message on Sunday so they could fit me in ASAP. Monday morning they called & were able to see me at a convenient time. There was a hole in my side wall, they were able to do a temporary patch so I could get around until the new tire could be picked up the next day. I told them to go ahead & replace 2 tires. Doug Kiper (my GOTO GUY) told me there was a special on the tire I wanted BUY 3 GET 1 FREE & also came with a rebate...how could I resist??? I have had all my Buick's serviced here over the years. Always been happy with the care & service I receive here.

Bill harris ford was great to work with ! Kevin was very polite and went out of his way to meet me at dealership early before they opened !!! I live three hours away and they offered to deliver my vehicle to me at no charge !!! Who does that ???? The whole staff went out of their way to make this happen ! Can’t say enough about bill Harris ford !
