Most Painful car experience in my life

5 months ago my car was in an accident. I was ordered by my insurance company to take it their because they were preferred collision center..... WORST mistake of my life!!!!!!!!! From start to finish it has been nothing but headaches. It started with not being able to get the aftermarket hood that was on the car. Then it all snow balled from there!!!!!!!! Everything was supposed to be covered after I paid my deductible!!!!! BUT!!!!!!!!!! they said they needed to move the radiator support down two inches and did not inform me that i was going to be charged until after it was done!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the car was in an accident before and was repaired back to Mitsubishi specification by a professional auto body shop that has been in business over 40 years. Then it was to the point were my roof needed to be replaced because they didn't know how to repair it!!!!! The people never called when they were supposed to get information on the repairs! when calling them on statuses it was like trying to pull teeth! very unprofessional!!!!! When I went to pick up the vehicle is was sitting out of sight of the security cameras!!!! when I turned they key my stereo turned on.... It played a very high pitch sound..... The best part is that I had it off when I parked the car to get picked up.... I confronted them about it and they lied about the status. The car stereo had nothing to do with any of these repairs and now it is broken!!!! They lied and said it came in that way and with a dead battery.... I beg to differ the day of the incident that car was at a car audio show and was judged.... Everything worked flawlessly!!!!! Now 5 months later the paint is bubbling and chipping off.... there is dirt in the paint and a whole slew of other issues with their work. I went down on a Saturday and talked to the service girl. showed her the issues and left a number for the general manager to call back. When he called back it was made to feel like it was my fault that it took so long to call back about the issues. When I wanted to meet with him and discuss this he back peddled and pushed back onto the auto body service.... I am not happy with their work and hope somebody reads this and learns from my mistake of taking my car here for repairs.

Very satisfied

I recently traded in a vehicle at Bob Weaver GM Chrysler and could not have been more pleased with the entire process. I was immediately greeted professionally and directed to Erik from Sales. Eric went out of his way, in my opinion, to get me in the vehicle I requested. This is the third vehicle purchased from this dealership and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Wonderful Experience!!

I had gone to Bob Weaver looking to purchase a new vehicle. I was at another dealership before going here, and my experience at Bob Weaver was 100 X's better than the other dealership. I was offered a much better deal, and the salesman Delton was great!

Great service, great representatives, great dealer

Drove over a hour to this dealership and was not disappointed. They were very courteous on the phone and did not lie about the car just to get me there. They have a great facility with very nice staff. Was satisfied way past my expectations.

Easy to deal with

Was a low pressure enviroment from the salesperson on up to the salesmanager. They actually listened to what i wanted and found me the exact cherokee I wanted.

Car buying at its best!

Had a great experience at Bob Weaver Chevrolet. After browsing the large selection of new Silverado's, I decided to talk to a sales associate about my top choice. "Mark" was more than happy to answer all the questions I had about the truck. We talked price and trade values, leasing vs. buying, and financing options. I took a test drive and was sure this was my choice. Told him I would be back the next day. No pressure to make a deal that day! When I came back the next day I told Mark my monthly max budget and asked him if he could make it work. Shortly thereafter he gave me a proposal. Before I got to review it fully, the associate next door told him that he just sold the truck. What a disappointment!!. It certainly was no fault of my associate but he immediately started a search for another truck. In just a few minutes he found one in another state and would contact them about the truck. I took a stroll around the dealership to think about the situation and found another truck that was similar but more money. I asked Mark to work the numbers on that truck. In less than an hour I bought the truck! Unbelievable!. Thank you Bob Weaver Chevrolet

Great Dealership!

We were able to get a great deal on our new vehicle without wasting time "haggling". Our salesman, Mark, was friendly and professional. He took the time to explain the many features and electronics on the vehicle prior to purchase and at the time of delivery. Once we were home and had the vehicle a few days, we returned and service staff were able to further assist with explaining the tech features and "pairing" our electronics, again friendly and professional staff. We recently had our first service - oil change/tire rotation. The appointment was easily made, and when I arrived, the vehicle was serviced while I waited in a clean and friendly waiting area. What a great group!

Right Time, Right Deal.

After not having a car payment for over 5 years, finding a safe family car that et our comfort and safety needs, and fit within our budget monthly were all important to us. We are confident we received a fair deal on total cost getting into our purchase, without pressure to buy, plus BWC completed a "We Owe You" inventory for some minor repairs that need to occur.
