Great Experience Buying 2020 Chevy Equinox

My salesman, Jack Killian, made this the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. He is courteous, professional, and thoroughly explained all of the features of the car I bought. He is not a high-pressure salesman. I was able to form my own opinion of the vehicle during the test drive without being distracted by a sales pitch. He very capably explained all of the features of the vehicle to me and patiently showed me how to select the various options to make my driving experience more enjoyable. I would definitely buy a vehicle from Jack again!

shady warranty

parts fell down adjuster called in said bolts slid out?? wouldnt cover over 2,000 in repairs bought here warranty from here tow not covered either bec even though parts hangin down we should have driven it?? had someone fix, very good job very fast and honest only cost us 250!!!!!

The buying process was much quicker than other dealerships I have dealt with. We talked about a price and the manager met us in the middle. We were very pleased. Being approved for loan was quick. During ur wait they supply u with drinks, popcorn and ice cream. Once that happened I was driving my 2018 Jeep Wrangler unlimited down the road.

"All's Well That Ends Well"

When you are a 4'11" female senior citizen who has never bought a car by herself, trying to find a good used car is challenging. Fortunately, my son-in-law and daughter came with me. Our sales professional, Rob Gerber, made the process a lot less stressful and a bit enjoyable. He knows the stock, is very pleasant, polite, not pushy and answered all of our questions. After test driving 3 cars I finally found, thanks to my son-in-law's suggestion to try a hatchback, what seems to be the best fit for my size and budget. So, Rob drew up the contract, explained financing and end of sale work. Before I signed we asked if there were any discounts because I wasn't going to trade in my 2003 Malibu and wanted to pay cash. Without hesitation Rob went to his boss and came back with an acceptable discount and I bought the 2017 Chevy Cruze Hatchback. Because the car needed to be inspected and cleaned and I had to work on several insurance changes, we agreed that I would pick up the car 2 days later. Prior to coming to the dealership I had researched several different Chevy used car models on the Bob Weaver website. None was a hatchback. Therefore, we thought that I paid the internet price but that was incorrect! The following day both my son-in-law and I checked the internet add and discovered that the price was $400 cheaper. That discovery was a bit upsetting. When I came in to pick up the car we discussed with Rob how we felt. He was apologetic and calmly explained that often the final sales price and internet price aren't the same, but that fact was never mentioned before I paid. Because I did get a discount that was more than the $400 internet difference made up for the hurt feelings. Putting that miscommunication aside, my overall experience was very positive and I would definitely recommend Bod Weaver Auto. Re my 2017 Chevrolet Cruze Hatchback: Pros- Convenience Package options included; handles well; hatchback is great; very good looking; rear rotors replaced during inspection Cons- mushy gear shift lever; Stop-Start System
