Disrespectful and sexist staff. Not only was I sexualized working there, but manager John (‘Johnny’) Deery called me a “trashy slut”. If you are a woman, DO NOT shop here. Awful values, there a few people there who are decent, however why put more money into the pockets of sexist, disgusting men.

Saleman was nice.
Saleman was nice.just that I told my salesman that I was getting financing the next day someone else sold the truck out from under us. Even after being told I was going to be in the next day to pickup the truck. Very bad business

Dan, the only way to secure a vehicle is to put down a deposit on it. Without a deposit all vehicles are for sale to everyone. That is how we have always done business and we think it is the fairest way for everyone.

my family lost everything in the hurricane, down in Florida. I have been a loyal customer for years at John Deery's. I have bought multiple cars, and brought a lot of people I know to buy cars from them. So we found a car, and my sister put down 1000.00 to hold it. Then they decided not to buy a car just yet. Financially things have hit them very hard, and they jumped too fast at buying a vehicle. They were never told, nor was it written, that the deposit was non refundable. In fact, Todd asked me what we would like to do with the deposit, just about a month ago. What really gets me is after all the business I give them. Including the car my sister lost in the flood, she bought from them also..... All the money that John Deery has.... I guess he really needs that 1000.00 I hope he chokes on it.... I will NEVER be back....

We made a deal on a vehicle and took a non-refundable deposit to hold a vehicle. We did all the paperwork via the mail and agreed to keep the vehicle here. We held the vehicle for months and then the customer backed out of the deal. We kept the non-refundable deposit after we could have sold the vehicle to multiple other customers but didn't because we had considered it already sold for such a long time.
There was NO paperwork. If there was, where did you send itt??? You have no proof of mailing anything. Show me paperwork, show me a signature.... You CANNOT, because it never happened. Nothing was said, nothing was signed. You did not hold the car for MONTHS. You are lying. Shame on you, and shame on your dealership. I will spread this message to every media source that I can !! Watch what you say.... some things can get you in trouble....
