DONT BUY HERE! Rude manager ruined sale.
Was ready to buy a car here about to sign papers till the rude, unprofessional sales manager got himself involved. Thought he could bully someone into buying a car, but did the opposite... Ruined a sale that was already basically a done deal. I don't even know why he even tried talking to me, the salesman was fine and we had worked out a deal. After this guy was rude to me, talking down to me like I knew nothing about cars (I've been a car person my whole life and restored cars from the ground up), I decided no way in xxxx I was buying a car from this guy. After mentioning this to friends and family literally every one who has dealt with this place mentioned some problem, and even mentioned this guy as well. There are plenty of dealerships in the area, I'd highly suggest going to a different one. Dan Deery Toyota treats customers much better, I've bought a few new cars there and they've always treated me as a valued customer and zero pressure or bullying. Avoid this place like the plague.
Nobody should ever leave any business feeling this way, I apologize. This is not the way we do business and I would love the opportunity to prove that to you.

Lying employees. Trying to push for over price and up sales. Trying to take advantage of honest customers. We did buy the car we wanted. but they kept trying to pressure us to buy a newer and more expensive car that we did not want or like.

BUYER BEWARE!! Quality checked is not what they say. Paid clean retail book for a vehicle and missed a star in the tint line of the windshield. Only put 35 miles on the vehicle when it started to spiderweb. No worries right? WRONG!! “Bought as is”..I get it. Was in the auto business myself. But I find it hard to turn a customer away for a safety issue. Bought multiple Vehicles from Dan Deery. Two days after purchasing my Daughters Corolla, it got a flat. Dan replaced it without me even asking. Guess that’s customer service. Shame to think of all the referrals that would have come John Deery’s way over a $280 windshield. Guess they will never know. Not a way I wanted my Son’s first car deal to go down. Guess the Corolla and RAV 4 we have coming off lease means we will be going back to Dan Deery’s. I think they know what customer satisfaction means. “Make them happy they tell a few. Unsatisfied and they tell hundreds” I have a tough time believing John Deery made this call.
Very pleasant experience. Will recommend everytime. Very clean and answers questions prompt. The vehicle was very clean and excellent condition to. Very very happy experience
Very disappointed by rude manager
I purchased a car from this dealership. Twice I went to transfer the title of the car and was told by the county registrar that the title was incorrect. I called and was helped by the title clerk who was nice and polite. However, the last time I called them I expressed my concern that very soon I would be driving the car without legal plates. I asked for the manager and the minute he got on the phone he was extremely rude and aggressive. These things happen when dealerships don't check on the details, however that is not why I am writing this review. I have never experienced a company manager displaying such rude and bullying behavior. If he was my employee I would either put him in a non-public position, get him anger management training, or retire him. I paid cash for the car and only called him after total frustration with the process and the potential of getting a ticket. He shut me down so quickly I felt I had no recourse than to hang up to avoid any more of his toxic behavior. I had planned on going to that dealership after the first of the year to purchase a new Kona. Now, I will never go to that dealership again nor will I recommend it to friends. The manager is a poor representative of this company or is this the overall culture of the entire dealership? Wow, really disappointed.
