I received a call from Jason you so called service

I received a call from Jason you so called service manager and he left a message to call him back BUT NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. I took my truck in to get worked on (new tires and oil change) and now it has a slight shake in the steering wheel and a vibration since I can now hear some buzzing in the cabin, it also drive realy loose and not sticking the the road which I would expect with new tires. I spent a lot of money to end up with a truck in WORSE CONDITION THEN WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF AND NOW NO ONE WILL ANSWER MY CALLS! I feel I have been ripped off and have to pay more money to fix the problems you guys created! Hopefully someone calls me soon and we get this resolved quickly!

Be careful!

Drove 350 miles to see a 2020 Chevy Bolt EV. Sales team was nice and helpful. Unfortunately, they didn't know much about electric vehicles. They told me this car has had the battery replaced (there have been fires caused by faulty batteries) so I thought I was getting a good vehicle with a new battery. Typical haggling, with sales going to the back office to present my offers to some mysterious guy and relating his counter offer. This arrangement lets sales act like the good guys, just relaying bad news from someone else. Typical used car sales tactics. I bought the car and discovered while driving home that it would not charge beyond 80%. This range limit caused my drive home to extend overnight, causing greater expense and inconvenience. Once home, I ran the VIN through Chevy's website. The battery has not been replaced. Instead, software was installed to limit the charge and diagnose possible battery problems. So, I have a car with limited range and may yet have to have the battery replaced. This vehicle was misrepresented by the dealer. The dealer admitted to the mistake but would do nothing to remedy the issue. Essentially told me if I brought it back he would "rip up the paperwork", as if that was something noble. Sounds like "take-it-or-leave-it" to me. With it's limited range, I have no desire to drive this car 350 miles back to the dealer and start car shopping again. I like the car, but feel this dealer could do a lot more to make this right and salvage his reputation. Actions like this are why car dealers have become the brunt of jokes. I plan to file a complaint with the state of MN.
