Fantastic!

Fantastic! They were extremely knowledgeable and helped make my purchase painless and smooth. The fact that they are all on salary (and NOT commission) made things so much nicer. I'll definitely go back to see Braxton for my next car purchase!

I took my vehicle in because it was making popping

I took my vehicle in because it was making popping sounds. Brent did a great job locating and fixing the problem. My ride is quiet once again.

I had an appointment to get my brake fluid

I had an appointment to get my brake fluid flushed/changed at 9am . I was there on time and service promptly got started at 9 and was done in about 45 minutes. No problem with that. The problem I have is that when I called and made the appointment ask asked the service coordinator what the charge would be. I was told $249 plus tax. When I received my invoice, I noticed I was charged $26.79 more for "shop supplies/environmental fee. I was conveniently NOT told this on the phone when I made the appointment. When I brought this to the service managers attention his response was "don't get mad at us, it's a government thing". Well customers need to know about these fees when a customer makes the appointment. I mentioned this to the sales manager, the finance manager, and the service manager and nobody cared. They watched a dissatisfied customer walk out the door. I would not recommend this dealership for this very reason.

Tara was great, Sales manager was horrible.

Tara was great, Sales manager was horrible. I never received my Military Discount. It was treated like it wasn't important. I have always received my military Discount. I guess the greed took over.

Advertise on radio that they treat you like family!

Advertise on radio that they treat you like family! Took my truck to them with two small problems and they said it would be between two and three hundred dollars to to check it! Not fix it to check it! Don’t come here that will rip you off not treat you like family!

Always get 2nd opinion

Was referred to service department bu another dealer. Very polite and listened to my description of problem. After an hour i was informed by a mechanic tha i needed a nèw timing chain assembly and the cost would approach 6000 dollars! Im glad i received a 2nd opinion from another service center. After installing 4 variable valve actuators the OBD2 codes were gone, and check ebgine light stays off and car runs fine. Less than 200 dollars. Buyer beware.

Beware, Carlen Is Brazen

Went to Carlen for a repair that should've been covered by warranty. It was not but they fixed it anyway, without my authorization and charged me over $342.77 to replace a bad radiator hose clamp ($1.49)! I will try to never go there again and will warn everyone I can about their deceptive business practices. The quality of the work was OK but WAY overpriced.

Stay away unless you like good old boys..

Worst dealership experiance of my 66 year old lifetime Chips missing in my 70,000.00 tahoe and no help from them. Driving a 2023 ram as i should have done in the first place Good buy GM...........
