I’m one of those shoppers that is willing to travel from Jamestown to Grand Forks to find a great deal. After truck shopping for over a week I decided... to look at a truck at Puklich Chevrolet. The funny part is I work in Valley City but had the thought process that you need to drive to a bigger town to get a better deal! Nooope! Right in town is where I found great customer service and the best part it was exactly what I wanted thousands less than Fargo or Grand Forks. Had a flat tire and needed it replaced. The crew at Puklich were friendly and courteous and I was back on the road in no time! I wouldn't take my vehicle... for work anywhere else. Keep up the good work guys!!
Our Envoy broke down and went to Puklich for repair. On Monday we were told it needed an ignition switch, would cost $450, and be done Tuesday. After... two days of calling we got back in contact with service on Thursday. The total was now $850 due to "more work" which was never communicated to us. Upon picking it up the actual amount was $950. Awful experience.
Everything was great and maybe this is kind of silly but when you take your vehicle for an oil change other places, like Quick Lane at the Ford dealership... in Valley City, they vacuum the carpeting also. Kind of just a little courtesy act, it's really appreciated when it's done.
Great service Dept. I can always count on an honest estimate and fair price. The team there is great with drop off and delivery of my car. I won't go anywhere... else!!
I was given a quote to program a key fob. They could not complete this task and kept trying over and over (wasting time) and then forcefully sold me a... a different fob as the others wouldn't work. If I didn't buy the used fob from them they said they were going to keep the car and charge me for an hour and a half of labor. They should have attempted to program the fob and upon it being unsuccessful, should have stopped and charged me the amount prevuously quoted. But instead they keep trying over and over just to waist time and make money in labor. Because of what should have been a $30 job, they have lost my business, my family's business, and the business of everyone I can convince, for life.
enjoyed my visit at dealership, they were very friendly, test drove vehicle, got quote fast, talked and closed deal on my first visit.
Called Bill C. about a dead battery. Came to my house. Jump started my vehicle, drove it to dealership. Picked up vehicle next day fully charged battery.... This is called customer service. Dennis Anundson
