We were traveling from out of town and started having car troubles in a 2014 chev Cruz. We pulled in with the car barley running and spoke with Rein. She got us in within minutes and the tech had the car fixed within an hour. Amazing service and saved the vacation.

Caution ⚠️ Warning to anyone who may be considering a

Caution ⚠️ Warning to anyone who may be considering a vehicle purchase from Sonju Two Harbors: I purchased my vehicle with an extended warranty in late 2021, it was only 3 years old and less than 40K miles. Fast forward my car has been in the repair shop 7 times for issues ranging from paint fixes (multiple times), transmission issues, rear end issues and AC issues. I’ve spent countless hours on the phone, transporting my vehicle and emailing in order to schedule and attend these shop appointments. I have requested speaking with higher up staff several times and until tonight those were ignored. I have requested rental cars multiple times never once received one. I have requested shop lists compatible with my warranty several times as well; again unsatisfied as a request. The sales manager I spoke with tonight immediately attempted to chalk all these issues up to the fact that my vehicle was purchased used. He did everything in his power to diminish the fact that I was sold a faulty product the dealership labeled as certified pre owned. He then during the course of the conversation when I was inquiring about how I could be made whole and attempt to repair the damaged relationship with the dealership left the conversation without warning. I have now had two experiences with two separate male staff at Sonju who did not treat me even remotely respectfully or make any attempts to communicate and resolve my concerns. It was very clearly stated that it’s 100% acceptable that my 6 year old regularly maintained less than 60K mile vehicle should be expected to be in the shop multiple times annually. - a very exhausted Sonju car owner

Thank you Sonju for getting my Dodge pick up in for a water pump. We were camping in 2 harbors when my water pump went out. They got me in right away and Josh and Rein and snazzy shoes (sorry I dont remember his name) were very accommodating and explained what it would cost and repaired it in 3 hours. I would highly recommend Sonju for their professionalism and quality work. Thanks Sonju.

Edit: 29 days after purchasing a “Blue Certified” truck, the starter is shot, the ball and cv joints must be replaced, there’s bolts missing from the exhaust manifold, and the list goes on. I was told by the dealership I had to have it towed to, that I shouldn’t even be driving this truck right now until these problems are fixed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Salesman Joe Sarraco, you lied.

We recently leased a new truck from Sonju Two Harbors.

We recently leased a new truck from Sonju Two Harbors. We were told by Justin and Adam while waiting to do the paperwork that we needed to give all 10s on the survey. My husband noticed that the truck had a Class 3 bumper hitch and we needed a Class 3 Reese although the truck had a towing package. Initially, when my husband called Sonju, a manager told him that they could take care of it and would let him know when. In the meantime, the survey was completed and although almost all questions were rated 10, then were a couple that were not. My husband called again to see when we could bring the truck back and Adam (the product specialist/salesman) was obviously angry and said something like "I heard you really sliced me," and then said, "You didn't give us all 10s so I don't know how much we can do for you." After he said, "It won't be me calling you back, it will be Justin." No one called back. My husband called and asked to speak to the manager. He never returned calls either. The dealership was correct in that the truck was equipped with the hitch that was stated. However, the customer service there went to ZERO once they got their survey back without all 10s. So, buyer beware! If you want good service at Sonju Two Harbors you need to give all 10s whether or not they deserve them!!!! Yesterday, they had the nerve to call us wanting to know if we had the title for our trade although we filled out the paperwork for a duplicate title. My husband told them that yes we do but we aren't mailing it to them and they could have the manager call if he wants to know why. Again, no response.....We have at least five unreturned calls to Sonju. Management has not called back despite knowing there is a dissatisfied customer.. Next time we will be taking our purchase to a dealer who doesn't have employees who can't handle a survey which is intended to improve the customer's experience, not cause them to treat them poorly...

Worst service department iv ever seen

Had to leave multiple messages for service days in a row with no call back at all still needed up going somewhere else I initially thought it was a strut, but it was a lower differential. They fix my lower differential, but didn?t do any other inspection or check anything else from there just the bare minimum So as soon as I got my truck back within the next day, it?s still had to be fixed again, Beacause of a bad strut I tried calling multiple times to tell them this, and they won?t even call back had left five messages with service with no callback and was finally told by my insurance to bring it somewhere else I?m sure the dealership/sales are great but their service department is absolute horse s#*t and i wouldn?t use them again because of it

I bought out a lease from Sonjus.

I bought out a lease from Sonjus. They dragged the process out for MONTHS. They were terrible with communication throughout the entire ordeal. They also insulted my choices with who I would like to have the loan from (not them). When I finally purchased my vehicle, they didn’t pay the Department of Transportation enough money for a license plate, leaving me without a legally drivable vehicle. I contacted Sonjus prior to getting a letter from the Department of Transportation asking why it was taking so long to receive my license plates. The assured me that they had taken care of everything on their end. They had not. I then contacted them, asking them to pay the late/missing fees to the Department of Transportation. They said they would. When I called the Department of Transportation two weeks later, they said that the fees still had not been paid. I paid out of pocket for the fees because I was not going to wait another month without a drivable vehicle. Don’t purchase a vehicle from them. It was more stress than it was worth.
