New jeep sold with defect/No customer service

We bought a brand new $44K vehicle with 40 miles. Once we left the dealership and we got it up to 70 MPH on a smooth road, we found an awful shake in the steering wheel. We made an appointment and brought it back to the dealership. We had to fight with service on whether this would be covered by them and to give us a loaner. Then, they said they fixed it and we picked it back up (47 miles one way). They did not fix it. They moved the shake from the steering wheel to the seats. We wanted to get it back in to the service department and had a heck of time setting up an appointment. We finally got a hold of the service manager who had our vehicle picked up on Thursday morning. It is now late Monday afternoon and we have not heard anything once again. I have sent Jacob multiple emails and none have been responded to. Noone has told us what they found. Noone has told us when we will get our brand new vehicle back. At this point, we consider this vehicle a piece of junk and don't even want it. We bought it on May 26 and it is June 14. We had it for a few days out of all this time. Sucks! BUYER BEWARE. Once they make the sale, they could care less who you are.

Sam helped my daughter find the perfect vehicle for her and her budget. He was knowledgeable and offered fantastic customer service. Would definitely recommend the dealership and Sam to family and friends.

They were very unhelpful with any purchase of a vehicle they were suppose to look at financing refused and wanted three quarters of full price

Honest Dealer - Fair Prices

DId the whole deal online. Sales rep went out of his way to insure I knew exactly what I was getting. Showed up, and the truck was exactly as described, no bait and switch. They cleaned it, filled it with gas, and even replaced a headlight! Drove the truck 300 miles back home and it ran great. Will definitely buy from Sonju again.

Sonju has been 100% amazing!!!

We recently had purchased a Jeep Cherokee from Sonju. The entire experience was SO stress free and smooth. We were able to get the cheapest cost for what we were looking for and it was actually enjoyable!! We enjoyed a meal at their Cafe and we LOVED the food!! Heck we loved it enough to go back up there just for that! Another customer had mentioned how she drives several hours away so she can get her car serviced and looks forward to eating at the Cafe everytime. One thing that really stood out was how informative our salesman was! He walked us through every detail and functions. Ray Gamache (spelling?) rode in the car after we purchased it to go one on one to show us everything! He spent a lot of time with us and he was so professional, knowledgeable, and made us feel like family. Now previous to our new purchase, we had taken our truck to their service department for repairs. We had an existing problem no one else properly figured out. We had spent a lot of money already. So we didn't know what to expect when we brought it in. They we're professional, informative, and honest! They were able to figure it out!!! They definitely have it together up there and Cory the service manager was extremely helpful. He definitely went far and above. This entire dealership has been nothing like we have ever experienced at previous dealers. We are very thankful and of course will NOT go anywhere else!!

My Jeep Story during an Xmas vacation, Sunju Rocks

Hi my name is Shari M. I am a lifetime proud owner of a Jeep. This is my 4th Jeep now! I was taking a relaxing Christmas vacation by myself in Grand. Marais. It was amazing! On my final day to leave I get in my Jeep and got stuck in the driveway. My car started to smoke. I called around trying to see who could look at my car after several calls I was lucky to have Sunju take me in right away! The staff was very friendly and comforting in a very stressful time. They provided me with a rental car and got my car fixed! I don't know what would have happened if it weren't for Sunju and their amazing team!! Also want to give a shout out to the Service Manager, Cory Brown!!! Many thanks to Sunju!!

Poor customer service

Will not do business with Sonju again. Bought a brand new 2018 Silverado and paid additional for the auto butler (cleaning and protection) which is scheduled every couple of months or so. Brought truck in for the scheduled service, got the truck back and there was wax residue everywhere, the interior had not been cleaned and vacuumed, which is supposed to be done. Brought the truck back for them to finish the service, paint had scratches, gouges and chips that were not there before. Spoke to Wendy, (no longer there) and she advised us to take truck to body shop to have an estimate done to repaint affected areas (whole tailgate would need to be repainted...among other areas, sonjus would pay for the cost of repair. It has been 3 months, Wendy had quit and threw away all paperwork (so we are told) and now they are denying that it anything happened and will take no accountability for the recon departments screw up. Horrible customer service!!
