I agree 100% .All the other employees would greet you with a smile and they honestly looked like they were meant to be to work Happily . I believe that Steve Faulkner Loves his Business. That’s what gets me and that is that you have to love what you do. That makes your dreams come true.

I wanted to pay cash. Keep my old truck and get money off new truck, they wouldn't work with me. They insisted on me using my old truck to me getting a discount, I know how that works. They want people to get a loan because they make money off your loan

Kris Spindler was my Sales Rep. This young man and the Loan Guru, worked with me for over 3 hours in order to get me a loan I could afford for the car I wanted. All the folks there made me feel right at home. They are a great bunch of people. My car was brought to my home and I was told it would need to go back to fix a spot on the back. So whenever I could let it go on a Friday, they would fix it. They came and got the car, dropped of a replacement, and returned my car the next day. You can not beat that kind of service. Would recommend this Dealership to anyone.

Best Car Dealership
I bought my 2022 Acadia just recently. Bradley B. Black was my salesman. He sat down and helped me build it the way I wanted. He helped me set up my GMC app and even showed me how to connect my iPhone. I really had a great experience with everyone at Steve Faulkner’s dealership. I recommend anyone wanting to buy a new vehicle it’s definitely the place to go. Just ask for Bradley B. Black.

Rude incompetent dealership
Took my 2019 Equinox for an oil change with a $30.00 coupon. At checkout service guy said that will be $58.98. I asked if that was with $30.00 coupon, smugly he said I gave you $45 off coupon. I asked why so expensive? He said thank you. I complained and after 3 different people I finally got my $45.00 credited to my debit card. I asked for a free oil change to earn my business and was told no. I would use this dealership as they are deceptive. Smart mouthed and terrible customer service BEWARE BEWARE. I will tell everyone I can how bad this dealership is. Oh and I'm a senior citizen, so I guess that just figured I'd roll over ......WRONG. BEWARE BEWARE

I was called back to dealership because the technician left an instrument in my car. I made the 50 mile round trip back to dealership. The technician found the tool and said thank you. I thought I should have been offered some compensation for returning to dealership but nothing g was offered.
