This dealership had the car we wanted at a better price...

This dealership had the car we wanted at a better price than other dealers in the area were able to offer. We really liked our saleslady, Sherri Craney, who is knowledgeable and thorough. Besides, we really wanted to trade here because of the great service.

2009 Chevy HHR VERY VERY DIRTY DOG HAIR SMELLS

DISAPPOINTED WERE TOLD IF SHE HAD A CO-signer.They could get things going.AFTER SHE GOT HER CO-Signer they couldn’t do anything sounds like liars.Very Disappointed.Do deal with liars as they were .

Service

Bought a new truck and had a factory issue, made an appointment they told me how long it would take they were spot on with their time estimate and repair was made and have had no issues with truck since. If you want fast and friendly service this is where you need to take your vehicle!

We was in the market for a bigger SUV and had seen one at...

We was in the market for a bigger SUV and had seen one at the dealership on a Sunday. I went online to check out more info and sent in a request. The next morning they was prompt on getting back with me and made sure the vehicle was available for our appointment. The process took a total of maybe 2.5 hours from start to finish. I would highly recommend them for tour new and used purchase and also for the service department as well.

Sierra SLT

I had a great experience from the first phone call. They found exactly what I wanted and had it the next day. (Even though I had called late in the evening). Everything was ready when I arrived and within an hour,including test drive, we were on our way. Got what I think was a fair offer for my trade and was treated very well through the entire process. I'm glad I made the call.

they make buying a car a good experience .

I have now purchased 3 vehicles from patriot auto, staff go beyond the call of duty to make you comfortable, no judgment . really good people to deal with, will help in any way they can. I definitely recommend them to my friends and coworkers
