The Dealership and Personnel Were very person oriented..They made us feel that we were welcome to look at their vehicles ...test drive ...check under the hood....and answer all questions..assist with getting a loan...personally sharing all the new equipment that would need to be understood... The salesman remained with us from the time we arrived until we left with the new vehicle...invited us to call for any info at any time on his cell phone ...

Shopping for a new vehicle can be very stressful, but not at Patriot Motors. I was greeted by my agent at once and found James to be a professional, not only by his knowledge but also his friendly demeanor. The dealership was very busy at the time but I felt like I was the only person there. James stayed focused on what I was looking for. Comradery was high among all the salesmen and the receptionist got me to James right as I got there. James compared the two vehicles I was looking at and a decision by me was pretty quick. From that point on he stayed right with the vehicle until it was detailed and ready to go. In the meantime he filled in a few blanks by answering some questions and offering extra incentives I might want to take advantage of, never pressuring me. Overall, a quite pleasurable experience. James has followed up with several emails to make sure things are going okay. I would definitely recommend Patriot to my friends and family.
