Worst customer service in West Central indiana

Diagnosed a transmission issue as a pulley that was going out. Tried to charge $500+ to replace it. Took the car to another dealership for a second opinion. Pulley was fine, ended up being a transmission pump. Also was charged a ridiculous amount for a diagnoses charged that as I stated was incorrect. And they would not refund or reimburse these fees.
