Terrible dealership

Terrible costumer service! Matt Lilleston is an terrible salesman too! Knew about a problem with the vehicle when we bought it and never fixed it. Now won’t return any phone calls or text! Bunch of crooks! Look elsewhere for a vehicle!

We bought a 2019 Tahoe. It was awesome on the test drive. But after driving it 2 days. The wind started blowing it all over the road. We were told by Randy that there was nothing that could be done to take the lift kit off of it. However, we found an authorized specialist that does lift kits for many dealerships. He said he can lower it without any problem. And at a very low cost. We would never have purchased this vehicle had the wind been blowing the day of the test drive. My wife asked Randy for the contact number of the previous owner. He never gave it to us. There’s NO DOUBT in my mind that your dealership knew of the issues with the lift kit on this vehicle. Then my wife ordered wind guards for all 4 doors. She got a call from the service center that they had come in, and were installed. They weren’t. Charged us 203 dollars for them. Which we will (better) get back. Very horrible experience for us. My wife has waited and saved up money for 2 years to get a Tahoe. We put down 9,000 in cash, and traded a very nice 2020 Loaded Acadia with under 20,000 miles on it. We will not recommend or do business with your establishment again.

Traverse and Encore

We bought a New Traverse and Encore . Randy Schmitt was our Saleman and he did a Fantastic Job. I would strongly recommend Him and the Dealership!! When I ever buy another vehicle I would call him first thing !!
