Oil change
The only complaint I have about my recent service visit is that the tech left grime on the arm rest and the center console that must have come off his arms. Pet peeve of mine - because this is so easy to clean up before the customer picks up his/her car.

Service dept
On that preceding Saturday I called Curry service dept to see about what to do when my car wouldn't start. The service writer I believe it was Joe absolutely did not have his self together. I had to repeat myself repeatedly and he would ask me the same questions over and over. To make a very long story short the worse of it was he told me he would call AAA and have my car towed. He said he would call them for me and he would call me right back after 30 min. wait I called Curry back and Rick answered and he obviously knpws what he[s doing and he told me that they do not call AAA that Joe had called Sturges wrecker service and they would charge me. Rick then cancelled Sturges and I called AAA 2 hours later AAA shows up and jumps my battery. I wasted my entire afternoon waiting for a jump. After my family found out what was wrong with my car we took it to Curry to be repaired. My concern as a person not car savy whenever you go to pick up your repaired car the service folks do not want to talk to you or go over what they found and did to your car they just send you to the pay window with no explanation of what you were charged for. I believe this is not the way to do business because once I was overcharged for a tire rotation that I did not receive and Scott caught it when I brought my car back for further repair and he caught the overcharge. Curry employees need to go over every charge with the customer when they come in to pick up there car before paying for the service.

Outstanding Service
Dead battery. Only a banana and a small homemade cookie for breakfast. Got there and handed over the keys. Asked and their driver went to McDonald's and got me an egg McMuffin and an orange juice. I reimbursed him. He would not accept a tip. I've already posted this on my Facebook page. I call that excellent SERVICE!

Great service
The service department at the Ellettsville location helped me to understand better my warranty and service contract coverage. They made note and checked for an antifreeze leak that I thought I had and went above and beyond.

Great Customer Service
I had a wonderful experience working with Tyler Hird who was patient with me as I test drove cars and picked colors and options. Tyler made a point to highlight the options that interested me most and gave more information on those options while helping me with the car I chose.
