    We insisted on a one owner vehicle, and we were told repeatedly it was. Carfax showed otherwise. It was also registered out of state, besides Michigan.... Also under the hood was terribly dirty. We are replacing a 17 year old car that is nowhere near this bad. Dust and dirt were everywhere. Dirt around oil fill cap also. Pine needles nearly plugging the air vents. We thought they just got this car in and didn't get a chance to clean it. But after purchasing it we seen that it was listed for sale for three weeks according to the carfax and yet it wasn't cleaned. We have never purchased a used car in this condition. The outside of the car was very nice and clean. Under the hood should have been cleaned before even attempting to sell it. If I would have known it was a two owner vehicle, when I insisted on a one owner I would have insisted on a lower price. I also would have insisted on a professional cleaning job be done under the hood before buying it. I didn't realize until after the sale they had three weeks to do it.

    Words can't describe how much I enjoy use this dealership for my business, I could go anywhere closer to home but choose to drive 70 miles to them, they... truly go out of there way to make sure you are taking care of.

    Requested follow up on a vehicle found on Cars.com but never received any response at all. Not a good way to sell a car.
