Oil cap was over-tight at last oil change in South Dakota, Waner, after a few of the tools broke in their effort, finally got it the cap & part of the housing - off. They did not over-charge us, and let us know every step of the way how it was going. Wow! One does not find honesty often!

Found the vehicle online and submitted an e-mail, Jerry replied back to the e-mail the next morning and advised me that the vehicle was still available, I had to travel a pretty good distance just to look at the vehicle, and was not disappointed when I arrived, the vehicle was exactly as described and was priced fair, can't say enough about the service and help I got, there is a good group of guys and they strive to make the experience great for the customer, there was no pressure to purchase the vehicle, made it back home with the vehicle no problems and received a follow up call the following business day from Jerry to make sure I made it home safe and didn't have any other questions or issues. I gave Chad a call ahead of time because I was coming from North Platte and I wanted to make sure the car was still there. When I got there the car was waiting for me. Which was perfect because I was running short on time. I got to meet Taylor at that point and he went with me on the test drive. Taylor knew so much about the vehicle. Needless to say I bought my 2015 Ford Focus with no pressure from them. They actually stayed an hour longer to sell me the car. Greatly appreciated.
