ABOVE AND BEYOND 15 STAR SERVICES

I wish there was the ability to add more stars! I purchased a vehicle from Wes in January. He was more then accommodating, staying well past 9 pm in working with me. He’d already put in a full days work and didn’t make me feel rushed to make a decision and finalize my paperwork. Being a 55+ year old women with limited knowledge and funds, and an unlimited amount of questions and apprehensions about purchasing a used car, He was so great in explaining and answering my unending questions putting me at ease. Along with a vehicle I also purchased a level 3 warranty. Wes assured me that would be the best level to cover my needs. I left that night with my vehicle and warranty feeling like I’d been well cared for promising to send anyone I new to Spady for their vehicle needs. On May 3rd I had a “small” issue with my vehicle and took it to a shop in Hastings. After one thing and another, my “small” issue turned into a major (for me at least) repair with a huge bill. I was told by the repair shop owner that the warranty company will not cover the repairs! What!? I explained that I was assured by the salesman that the warranty I purchased (at a costly amount) was the best warranty I could get and that “ if it made the car move, it was covered.” 10 days into trying to get my car fixed and the warranty company to pay for the repairs I was told should be covered I was at my wits end. I didn’t know what to do. It was suggested to me by a friend that I reach out to the salesperson I’d dealt with when I purchased my car and the warranty. I honestly didn’t think this would do any good. After all, he is in the business of selling vehicles, not helping with post purchase repairs. I WAS WRONG! Wes made numerous phone calls on my behalf between the warranty company and the repair shop and in the end got it worked out that my bill will be under $400.00 So my advice to all is go see Wes Spady for your vehicle needs. He stands by is company, his product, and most important his word. Thanks Wes, From a grateful and forever customer

Good People with Good Cars for sale

It is my belief that Todd Spady deals in cars that are a step above what you find on other car lots. Todd was very accomadating, putting up with me while I aranged financing. I think that they are a very good dealership. Richard Foster
