2020 Buick Envision

Kim was friendly and looked for what vehicle we had in mind. She found one we tried and liked. Kim pointed out and showed us different things on the car.

Purchase of my first Buick.

I usually drive Chevrolets and thought maybe I would look a Buick instead. This is the 4th car I bought from Midway Chevrolet, last 2 from Kim Bullock. Could not have asked for a better person. She showed and clearly explains to us how each feature worked. I think there should be healthy snacks in their break room the staff on Saturdays. Kim Bullock made sure we we happy with our new car she didnt get lunch.

Awesome!

Had an awesome experience with Heith, kim, and Chelsea. From picking out, negotiating, and getting a loan. Completely stress free. They also had a couple small dent fixed on the truck and didn't charge anything extra. They gave me top dollar for my trade in, beating their competition by $2000. I love my new truck!

Quality of repair

Midway is an EXCELLENT car dealership!! We always buy our cars there, though we live in Golden, Colorado! I had trouble for about six months with a light coming on my dashboard with service Driver assist light coming on consistently! We took it to Denver MEDVED which was never resolved! We made an appointment and drove it to Kearney, Ne. Kim and Heather were excellent! The car needed a part that had to be sent to Midway! I had nice loaner car for several day! Heather in the customer parts dept. Heather was always in communication with me those several days! Kim was also making sure I was taken care of those couple of days! When, the car was ready it was Washed and clean for me to drive back Denver!! MIDWAY IS THE BEST! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE BEST! All dealerships should be ran with this type of Excellence! A top notch dealership with great customer service!

Service Advisor was expecting me, went over what I wanted and promptly took my car into the service bay. Waiting room was clean and comfortable.

Travel adventures to and fro Denver.

We experienced difficulty with updating our information system on our 2019 Terrain while traveling in Denver. Rather than trying to find a GMC dealer while we were there we opted to wait until we could go to our local dealer. Unfortunately by the time we were ready to leave Denver the battery was dead. After a charge from my GMC we drove to Kearney Midway Chevrolet and GMC. They were able to determine that the radio etc needed to be replaced (under warranty) and that this could be done at our local dealer as the radio had to be ordered. All employees that we came in contact were very pleasant and helpful and the dealership is immaculately clean!
